I am completely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the doors! Once it was framed and installed it didn't need any painting as it was already completed. I saved a lot of time and money with this purchase and install.

The door was built wrong. The seal and lock was put on the right hand side making it impossible to use. However the customer service was excellent in helping me get a new door ordered with a discount and free shipping to my house. I only hope that when it arrives it will be riight.

In the end, door looks good and fits well, but not a project for the inexperienced do-it-yourselfer. Directions sketchy from beginning to end. I reviewed social media sites in depth before starting and prepared for the worst. I am very glad I did. It took 2 of us 2 days to prep the opening and install the door in an unsquare, unlevel wall.

The patio door was ordered vie a customer request and specifications. We where given an appropriate date of delivery that was suitable to the both of us. We where notified within an acceptable time frame as to the delivery and they followed they. Product was in excellent condition and was easy to install.

I got this specific door since it very difficult to find 48 inch wide exterior French doors. I am happy that I read the other reviews and the biggest complaint is that the door does not seal properly. Because of that I took my time and it took many adjustments but I was finally able to get the door to seal properly. But it took a lot of patience. Note that it does not come with any brick-molding. So add that on to your material bill. Some other comments: It did not come with any installation instructions. Not hard to figure out the hardware, but there were about 6 one-inch woodscrews that came that I have no idea what they are for. Also you need to drill two holes which are very important in placement to ensure the door sealing properly. Again that is a patience thing and something not too drill to quickly until you are sure it is aligned properly. In fact, I did not drill the holes until a few days later to ensure proper alignment. Remember, the door has to be PERFECTLY square and shimmed perfectly. But here is the thing that really disappoints me. My door is on the exterior wall with no large overhang, such as a porch. I just noticed after several rainfalls that at the bottom of the door at the jamb, the vinyl veneer is separating in the corner. Since I just put these up about a month ago, I am not sure at what rate they will deteriorate. Good looking door though.

The doors came as advertised, correct color, hardware opening direction etc. they accepted paint readily and overall look is good. Off the shelf handles and deadbolts fit with no additional drilling or whittling. Disappointing part is that even though they have new weatherstripping there are a few areas that allow drafts in. Not sure of any adjustment that would solve this as the doors close well and fit and alignment seems good. Aesthetically they do look good and operate smoothly.
