Looks good and works good

No infact awaiting assistance to return it as wrong size (to wide), so decided simply rebuild the old Custom made door. Also, gentleman at ur store who assisted loading into r vehicle had bluish rubber coated work gloves on which in areas came off & onto our vehicle as well as the door itself.

The door came in excellent condition. It is a good solid door that looks great!

The bolt lock slot did not line up with the bolt and had to be extended. Other than that minor issue it appears to be a good door.

Door install went well, I had to reframe the door opening as this replaced an old door in a block wall structure. After the install, it was noted that the door need more clearance to avoid scraping on the threshold. Note that this is an "outswing" exterior door. I contacted the door manufacturer, and described the problem. After several emails and sending of Photos and measurements of hinge placement etc. They sent a technician to look at the problem. Tech. said that the door had been mounted too low in the frame so he re-mortised the hinges to give the 1/8" clearance needed to clear the threshold. I am happy with the support given from this company to fix this problem. A Good Company !

door showed up at store a week after it was supposed to arrive. the blinds were not centered in the window. received a refund , now waiting for a different door.

Good-looking and functional. Doors are not easy to install, and my husband is a novice. It took two days to get in - level, square, and plumb - with the help of Google and YouTube. We are very happy with it.

I ordered this door and received it a couple of weeks earlier than the proposed ship date. I had it shipped to the store for pickup. I was surprised how well this door was packaged for shipping. The door was attached vertically on a skid and both sides of the door were well protected with cardboard. This door was a out swing and a easy install. Looks great. Very pleased. I would recommend this door and would purchase again.

this was ordered on line because store didn't carry it only complaint I had is sales associate didn't tell me I couldorder it online cheaper than he could special order it

Nice door but upon delivery, it was scratched and I later found out the frame was cracked and poorly repaired with drywall screws. Jersey City Home Depot offered to give 10% discount but since it was an internet order, it cannot be applied. A return would have took another 2 weeks, so I kept the door with its defects. I cannot blame the store, only the shipper and handler.
