Solid door. It installed pretty easily and the lock lined up perfectly. I do wish I had the option for a textured door with a full window, the flat door is boring. I also wish that the frame around the window wasn’t white plastic. It would be nice to be able to paint it the color I am painting the door. One complaint is that i replaced a 34” door with a 36” door hoping that the window would be bigger but they are the same size. It was impossible to find a spec for the size of the window before purchase.

While the door we received was built out of quality materials, the assembly was off in several locations. The header had a screw placed off-center in a weak spot that caused it to split nearly in half, tear at the weatherstripping and damage the top corner of the fiberglass door. After we glued the header back together and reassembled the frame, we discovered that the header was nearly 1/8" short. We also noticed a nail holding the vertical frame to the bottom threshold was placed poorly causing the metal trim to separate away from the base. The threshold was torn in yet another spot as well, not sure why. Finally, after hanging the door plumb and level, we discovered that the latch and deadbolt holes in the frame were drilled 1/8" too high. This required us to steer the frame way out of plumb to get the latches to work. If it wasn't a custom sized door and took a month to deliver, we would have returned it instead of "making it work." Buyer beware. Inspect very carefully before accepting and don't tear out your existing door until you are happy with the product you bought.

Nice solid door that fits well. Easy to install with no issues. Looks very well made. Appreciate all the different configurations as we had very specific and somewhat unusual dimensions but didn't want to have to go to an expensive custom build.

The door is great but I received the wrong size. My installer said it was too large, I assumed I ordered it wrong. I got home from work and was able to look up the information, only to discover the wrong size shipped. My installer had already cut the block on my house to install the larger door. Turned into a much more labor intensive project at must higher costs, leading to other negative impacts. Not sure how to rate.

Despite the major delay in production/shipping the door is exactly what we were hoping for. High quality and very nice looking.

Took a bit more work to finish properly (you need to fill in screw holes on trim and paint the door). The actual fit and alignment was excellent and a quality product overall.
