The 15 amp breakers I bought work flawlessly. Square D QO (quick off) are always a solid choice when updating your electrical needs.

This breaker was awesome. We have found that the quality of these breakers is far superior to all others. and it has a TRIP WINDOW!!! it turns red when it is tripped! How cool is that!

Square D QO series are the only breakers that are rated for DC usage, as stated on their web site. I used 4 to connect 16 100 watt solar panels to my charge controller. Another perfect combination of items purchased through Homedepot.com!

I used this for a new outlet I installed in my garage. The outlet was a spare left over from a previous project so it wasn't a GFCI outlet. The circuit breaker worked great once I found the right model that would fit in the breaker panel. Only complaint I have is the metal clips on the breaker that connect to the hot and neutral bus bars. I had to use a screw driver to open up the neutral clips to get them to fit in the panel. The clip for the hot wire kept popping out of the breaker and I had to pop it back into place multiple times to get the breaker to attach to the panel. Once this was done the breaker worked fine and tripped when I tested the outlet with an outlet tester.

The Qo square breaker was easy to install and you can DIY and the price was affordable.

Not suitable for new home construction. Must have AFCI Breakers. Please note this review is based strictly on my individual experience with the breaker. Many will say the fault is mine, and that is ok. It is. However my hope with this review is to save others my distress by impressing upon Home Depot the fact that this breaker is NOT for new residential buildings and this fact should be noted for all 15 and 20 amp breakers that are not AFCI breakers now that the NEC by code has replaced almost all of these old standard $8-11 breakers with $36-50 AFCI breakers. The old breakers can still be used for New Business building construction but not new home except for extremely limited use. Currently they are still allowed for old home repairs too. Next years' NEC code updates, could phase them into all internal residential circuits. Currently AFCI breakers are not required for residential bathroom, fridge, water heater, dryer, or stove circuits (currently in 2019). A/C wiring is exempt as well. Backround; I am building a retirement home and was attempting to do everything I could to minimize outside contractor costs. Having done wiring years ago, I knew I could do the house wiring with a little NEC reading (I did not do enough obviously, DOH!). I ordered the old style breakers. Now I will return them and upgrade to AFCIs which impacts my house budget by $700-800. Returns happen all the time in construction but this might have been alleviated if Home Depot noted these breakers are not suitable for new home construction, except in limited use. I attached a picture so the physical differences can be noted. Luckily the 200 Amp Square D box I already wired into the house is AFCI ready. (TYG) Cheers.

Like all Square D products I've used it was easy to install and met my expectation.

If you have Square D breakers with a indicator window then these are the ones you need. Nice to know that these breakers are still available since my main box wa sinstall in 1986.

Works like it should.

I consider myself a GROUNDED individual and can find no FAULT with this product. Really the only possible deal BREAKER would be the price. I QWIKly looked elsewhere but found no better price so I ended up buying it. I’d be more AMPed up about this purchase if the cost was a bit less. I’m sure if we took a POLE. Everyone would agree. Overall, I suppose it’s a SQUARE Deal. Worked fine for the hot tub.

QO is good line of product.. Easy to identify when trip. It will only fit with Square D QO panel or QO load center.

A great product from the renowned Square D. This product will definitely trip the breaker if there is a an arc or electrical spark due to lose wiring or shorting which can cause fire.

This breaker was the exact replacement required, and it was easy to install; also, the price was very reasonable. There are many fake Square D breakers being sold on the internet for outrageous prices, but The Home Depot sells the real thing for a great low price. I'm very pleased.

Didn't fit the panel! Correct breaker type. Old breaker box was too narrow to accommodate such a large breaker.

Seems to work as advertised so far. No false trips. Have run table saw and compressor on it without issues. haven't used heavily yet, will update review or re-review if i run into issues.

Great price for an easy upgrade for improved safety. If you're handy and are careful and aware around open circuit panel, can add this ARC fault breaker in 10 minutes. Nice added feature allows you to determine the actual cause of the fault.

Made the decision to use only Square D QO Series circuit breakers. Professional Quality! Robust design you can feel from the moment you pick one up. Firm "snap-in" style to the panel load bar. Large variety of amperage/voltage to fit all my needs. Securely holds the wire and allows for easy replacement with minimal effort. The trip window on the front of the breaker allows me to quickly identify a tripped breaker without need for test equipment.

I made the initial decission to go QO from the start. Professional quality with firm engagement to the load bars. Has a built-in trip indicator letting you know at a glance which breaker has been tripped. Available in a variety of amperage ratings to fit all my needs. Wires securely fasten.

I returned it unopened, because the issue was a fault with XCel, not the existing GFCI/breaker. However, it was packaged well and appeared to be a decent replacement, if I’d needed it.
