I went to install the meter yesterday and the breaker is missing and not installed. I have purchased three of these units within the last month or so and the others all had breakers. The box says it should be there but no breaker anywhere.

We are sorry to hear that your product did not arrive as what should have been expected. The CQRB100CP consists of a C125RB meter main with a factory installed QOM100VH main circuit breaker. If the unit is within the warranty period for the manufacturer please work with Home Depot customer service to return the unit and have it replaced with the correct one. Make sure to buy attachment for overhead installation, and use...
Make sure to buy attachment for overhead installation, and use a main lug breaker panel inside. You shouldn't have two main breakers this unit acts as a main disconnect with 100amp breaker. Also I had to drill inside of the unit and added a chase nipple to run feeders back through the right side.

I have used this item in the past. The fact that it includes the 100 Amp main breaker makes it an excellent value. All lugs are readily accessible and the unit is easy to install.

We apologize for whatever inconvenience you may have encountered with CQRA200. This unit includes main circuit breaker but not a hub, it needs to be purchased separately. Met my expectations though the picture didn't match the product....

The closure clasp for meter side was not installed. Should have been pressed into the front cover. We installed with tamper-proof screw, nut and loctite.
