Works great, but expensive.

Bought several rolls of Romex since June this year. They all took my military discount until this roll of 14/3 (250 ft) that i bought last week. I had just bought a roll of 14/2 last month and had got my 10% off. So I don't know if HD has now put Romex in a commodity category and you can no longer get a military discount for any of it or if there is something special about 14/3 where they won't give it to you. Their system is hard to predict and Customer Service had no idea as well.

Was used to wire up a Ring Flood light with motion detection. Excellent choice

works fine, no problems. I used it for running the 'traveler wires' between two new 3-way switches for a single light fixture.

I’m very upset. They used the photo and text description for Romex by Southwire, but changed the SKU code to the other product. I pointed this out at customer service, and they said it was the product I ordered, because the SKU code matched the coil of wire provided. The only things that matched were the SKU code, 14/3, and 100ft. I have another roll of Cirrowire and the jacket is splitting during the pull. I won’t be buying wire from Home Depot; I want the Southwire products.

Nothing wrong with this wire because its wire. WHAT IS WRONG THAT I BOUGHT A BATHROOM VANITY FROM HOME DEPOT AND WITH IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD THE SINK FELL OUT THE BOTTOM > I CALLED YOUR REP AND THE PUT ME ON HOLD FOREVER AND THEN A RECORDING COME ON> I WILL NEVER BUY ITEMS LIKE THAT FROM HOME DEPOT. STICK WITH SELLING WIRE> YOU CANT MESS THAT UP!!!!!

Pkg was properly labeled & unopened. When I examined the 14-3 wire, there was no third wire (red) and its length was 20' long, not 25'. Returned it to a second home depot and they did not fully honor the one for one exchange adding $5 on to the original price.

Some of the good stuff and made in the good old USA. Well thought out and made of high quality materials. Easy to pull through the walls and tuff. What more do you need.

I always buy that wire. No problems with it.

In order to buy this in store you have to wait for someone to open a cage for what can be 10’s of minutes. That isn’t new. Now on top of that, they have to walk the product up to the front of the store for you. I’ve spent over 10k in this store this year alone. If I need an escort for a product that is worth less than $100. I’m not buying it. I don’t have time to chase down product. The last time I bought the product it functioned fine but they put the overall rating in the product section.

The wire was sold in a small amount which was all I needed. I like shopping at my Home Depot.

It was horrible, I understand that commercial thieves make it harder for you to make a profit but to have to stand by a cage that’s under lock and key for 20 minutes to have someone come and unlock it so I can purchase 66.00 worth of wire is insane, you’re hurting the people that make purchases and keep your business going. If you have to do that, at the very least, make someone available to unlock the cages
