For metal clad cable, this is well made and is easy to work with. I used it for some under cabinet lighting and needed the metal cladding. Bending the cable to pop apart the cladding was easy enough, and with a quick snip it was easy to slide off the underlaying wires. Easy to use.

Wire is adequate & average quality of common MC cable....
Wire is adequate & average quality of common MC cable. I was very pleased to find that the dielectric strength of the insulation to be robust enough to withstand a full 600 volts of electricity. The quality of copper in the wire provided minimal resistance allowing full flow of electrons.
