The assembly directions for this product were HORRIBLE. The screws didn't fit properly, so we had to improvise, luckily it worked out. After we finally got it, I was pleased, but it took much longer than it should have.

It was easy to put together. The wood doesn’t stick that far out, I was worried my shin would hit...
It was easy to put together. The wood doesn’t stick that far out, I was worried my shin would hit it a lot but it doesn’t. I disliked the screw coverings. I may have just got a bad bag but they didn’t have any thread so I couldn’t cover the screws but even if you can’t cover them they’re barely noticeable. The bedframe itself is very sturdy and it doesn’t slide around despite activities very satisfied overall.

Easy to assemble for the most part but my queen...
Easy to assemble for the most part but my queen mattress doesn’t fit 100% perfect. I’m happy with it though

Our queen platform bed are for regular queen platform bed only, if you have a bigger mattress than 60'' it may not fit proprely. I didn’t love it once I put it together. It...
I didn’t love it once I put it together. It looked GREAT but wasn’t quite right... I ended up putting a few long nails every where to reenforce the bed. NOW I love it!! The material is pretty, heavy, true to size and moderately durable.

Decent bed platform
It was a decent platform frame for sure, my only quarrel about this is that the instructions were unclear and I ended up screwing through the board and it may compromise structure later on

I wish the corners at the foot of the bed...
I wish the corners at the foot of the bed were rounded instead of 90% angles. These hit your shin areas when you walk around the end of the bed.

Bedtime Story Platform Bed
The off-gassing of chemicals from the composite wood product used in this bed was overwhelming. I was unable to sleep in the room and disposed of the platform after 2 nights.

Hello Lake, thank you for sharing your experience. We would like to advise that any smell coming from the product does not come from chemicals, but actually is caused from the mix of different species of wood. We can assure you that the smell will wear off! To help make the process faster, we suggest you keep the item in the room with the windows open for a couple of hours.
