The vanity came 100% built already and was flawless to install. Only negative I have to say is that I wanted to change the color of the knobs and I contacted Simpli and they said they don’t make those knobs in different colors.

It's a lovely vanity sink. BUT: There is an area that need a little touchup paint. How do I get them to send me some?

Recently purchased this vanity. Built great, beautiful gray color and has soft closing doors. Very happy with this purchase.

Counter top is just white. Thought it would be marbled. Looks good and was easy enough to put in

The doors do not line up. The cutout for the sink does not have a 90 degree angle on the lower right side. The black finish shows every single fingerprint. I'm going to have to paint over it with a clear matte finish. Why would anyone put a finish on a vanity that shows every single mark? It scratches easily too. Some of the glue used to attach the sink was left in the bowl which is directly below the faucet. Hopefully we can scrape it off. More wasted time fixing what should have been caught in a quality control review. The sink cutout being off can't be fixed and will always bother me. Shame on you for sending out a defective unit. It's much too time consuming to try and replace this, plus we weren't aware of the defects until our contractor unboxed it. Being special order it took several weeks for this to arrive.

The color is more of an off white. With all my really white trim and white lights it even looks almost pink. So we are painting it. And I wanted to switch the handles but vanity has two holes for the knobs not just one like it appears.

Vanity came in damaged twice... I reordered it. Let's hope third time is a charm.

I like the cabinet and it looks great in m bathroom. I wish it had 1 or 2 drawers.

Ordered online to Hawaii. The Delivery process went fairly well, although not seamless at the delivery end in the Honolulu store. I was notified via email the unit arrived a week after the unit was picked by. Good quality, great looking, had to modify the back - plumbing was not centered.

It arrived damaged

The color was off. It seemed pink.

This vanity was packaged very well. It's a really nice piece for our remodeled bathroom. The theme is black & white tiles & the vanity is perfect with the color scheme.

The quality of construction is excellemt

1st unit got lost in shipping and arrived at HD damaged. I had already contacted Customer Service b/c the unit was late and Beth in CS expedited another via diff carrier. 2nd unit arrived quickly the next week. Was not damaged. Very well packed. Quality/finish are very good. Like the sink. Good buy!

Beautiful, sturdy vanity. I liked the 36 inch so much in my guest bathroom, that I bought the 48 inch for another bathroom remodel. My only criticism is that there are not enough drawers. The two small bottom drawers don't hold bath towels very well, and there are no drawers for odds and ends

Counter top and sink are broken

The vanity looks high end in our newly renovated bathroom. Couldn't be more pleased with the construction and finish.

Item came damaged on 1st shipment. 2nd shipment (replacement shipment) also had defects in painted finish but we had to use/install due to project timeline constraints.

I ordered this "ship to store" and recommended my husband open in the store before bringing home just in case it was damaged. It was crated so well, he couldn't easily get it open so we took a chance and just brought it home. It was perfect. The color is a lovely soft white as described, the knobs are brushed stainless and look really nice, and the white quartz top looks really sharp. There is a ton of counter space for makeup, hair dryer, etc. We are thrilled with this vanity and I think with the storage space, soft close drawers and doors...it was a great value. It also came in about a week earlier than estimated. I'm leaving off one star for now to see how it holds up to teenagers LOL!
