Worked fantastic. So easy to install and worked great.

I had over 100psi of incoming water pressure that was causing load noises from my plumbing. This brought it down and fixed the problem. Typical Sharkbite easy installation.

Easy to install. Easy to adjust pressure.

Instruction for the 3/4 valve installation had the wrong dimension to cut out of the copper plumbing line.The instructions read " Cut out the section of pipe depending on the valve size. For ½” valves cut 4.75”, for ¾” valves cut 5.25”. Actual cut out should be 2.25"

install was super easy, very compact design, I am using PEX and it worked great.

Easy to install, can't beat the price, factory set at 45 psi and easy to adjust.

The SharkBite PRV was a breeze to install. SharkBite hasn’t let me down yet. And with the lower water pressure (adjusted to 60 PSI, the PRV came factory set to 45) my faucets have all stopped dripping. I did however need to install a small expansion tank to stop the water softener from hammering when the toilets ran.

easy to install but I question the quality of the valve itself. For some odd reason I have about a 25 PSI fluctuation on house side (reducing 125 to 75PSI)If budget is an issue it works, but next time I would spend the extra $ on a better unit.

I'm a homeowner who needed to replace a PRV. I watched a bunch of videos on how to replace it. When using any Sharkbite fittings, make sure you debur the pipe you're inserting into sharkbite connectors. I had to connect this on Copper on one side, and PEX on the other. I deburred both the PEX and the copper, even if it wasn't necessary, it made me feel better. I had accidentally dropped copper shavings into the copper pipe, which was my inlet from the city. So I put my shopvac over the pipe, turned it on, and VERY SLOWLY opened the valve to flush the copper into the vac. It was freaky, but did the trick. Once I got past my own plumbing deficiencies, the connection of this part took maybe 5 minutes. It was insanely fast, very easy, and a whole lot cheaper than hiring a plummer. In my case, I don't know how to solder copper pipe, so this was perfect. One thing I will say, at least in Colorado where I live, the whole house ground wire needs to make a good connection. The copper piece of this pipe is not the place to do that, as it has plastic inside the sharkbite connection. So you'll have to solve that for your own situation, but for me I put it below the PRV on the copper inlet pipe. Overall, this is a very good option for homeowners doing their own PRV replacement.

Installation was a snap, factory set pressure of 45 lbs is fine.

Installed 3 years ago in-line in a 3/4 incoming copper line. I was expecting the plumber to install a conventional regulator with a union and threaded connections. Instead I got this. My fault for not educating myself before hand. The unit’s failed and water is dripping out the adjustment screw. The plumber made a cut, basically yanked the ends apart before inserting this in place. It’s going to take some doing to pull it apart now. Wasn’t expecting it to fail this soon.

They are easy to install, and will work for a while... but I'm on my 3rd and it has failed again. The rubber diaphragm will fail, or the inner plunger seize. It's very unfortunate but I have to find another solution. I use them to limit pressure to my irrigation, and they fail after each season even if I remove the valve.

EVERY HOME OWNER SHOULD ASK AND LEARN HOW TO PURCHASE AND USE A $45 SIMPLE WATER PRESSURE GAUGE. EVERY ASSOCIATE THAT WORKS IN THE PLUMBING AISLES SHOULD PROMOTE THE SALES OF THESE GAUGES. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A PRESSURE GAUGE, YOU SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO DO YOUR OWN PLUMBING. EVERY PROSPECTIVE HOME OWNER SHOULD ASK ABOUT THE INCOMING WATER PRESSURE TO A HOUSE, AND THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE HOUSE PLUMBING BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY HOUSE FOR ANY REASON. AND DO NOT HIRE A PLUMBER BEFORE YOU KNOW THE WATER PRESSURE IN YOUR HOUSE. PERIOD!!!!! FOR $200, YOU CAN PURCHASE A REUSABLE WATER PRESSURE GUAGE AND INSTALL A PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE THAT CAN HELP PREVENT 1,000'S OF $$$$$ IN PLUMBING AND APPLIANCE DAMAGES. NOT TO MENTION FLOODING.

It was the only one left and someone had obviously returned it. The packaging was taped together, there were no instructions. Then I installed it and it didn't work. Why would your company resale this product?
