I have experienced 2 ea failed crimp rings out of a two 10pcs purchase packages leading, to switch to a different type.. The crimp separated after the Ryobi P660 tool was used to crimp closed, the tool has built in gap crimp gauge.. The shark bites do not other the information on the packaging to determine what the crimp gap should be , like the Ryobi 660 only has two calibration setting ...

The pex clamp work great. Never had a problem with breaking.

Not easy to work with. It does not fit tight when you use pliers. Was not satisfy.

Makes pex work easy and they work like they should.

Pex pipe makes DYI plumping problems simple. The pieces connect very simply and easily, the clamp will not come loose. Once it is secured, it will last forever.

I returned this product because I did not need it for my project.

My daughter's class C motorhome had a plumbing problem when the nipple of the plastic diverter valve on the water heater broke off. She got a new brass valve to replace the plastic one that came in her coach, and I purchased the stainless steel clamp removal tool as well as the pinch pliers to install these stainless steel clamps on the new brass diverter valve. These clamps hold the PEX tubing very securely to the fittings on the new valve. It took a couple of installations to get used to using the new pinch pliers on these clamps, but after doing several of them I developed a feel for just how much force it took to install these 1/2 inch clamps onto the new valve. This is a very robust system and the installed stainless steel clamps should last for a long time and keep the RV plumbing from leaking. I will use them again in the future when I have RV plumbing problems as now I not only have spares of these clamps on hand, but I also now have the clamp removal tool and the proper pinch pliers to install them.

Product works as it should, but those prices are ridiculous. Should be 500 for $50

what a fantastic part, it practically clamps itself, of course you have to buy a $70 tool to make it work

The PEX clamp system worked very well to replace a connection to the shower in our RV that apparently broke because of age.
