Overall this is a great system. It requires some practice and most of all, good access to the areas to be screened in. I note that the holes in the attachment strips are too large for #8 screws which often just pull through the plastic. I had to drill new holes through the un-drilled portion to get a grip into the wood in some areas. They should reduce the size of the pre-drilled holes. It can also be difficult to get the spline into the slotted strips. On occasion you need to stretch the slot with a wide blade screwdriver in advance to help get the spline and screen into the slot. The fiberglass screening worked well, and stretched nicely into place. I do think that it will require occasional adjustment by pulling the spline and re-stretching. In any case it beats replacing old rotten wood and metal screens by a mile.

Fast and easy installation

Purchased along with the Screen Tight track and bulk spline. Overall very pleased with the results and performance of the system. Expected installing the cap to be the easiest part of the process but it ended up being more difficult. May have been due to my installation scenario where I was rescreening an existing porch and had to add 2x2 around the inside of the frame to attach the track.

This cap attaches and hides the vinyl strips holding the screen. The system works great and very happy with the product. It was easy job and end results looks nice.

I've had this product installed as part of a porch screen enclosure system for over 15 years. It has held up extremely well. It's very easy to install & remove when necessary.

This is the best screening system I've used. Easy to put up.

HAVE NOT APPLIED SCREEN TIGHT SYSTEM YET BUT AM CONFIDENT IT IS JUST WHAT I NEEDED. ALWAYS GOOD EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH HOME DEPOT.
