I was never told that the lockers needed to be built. We were pressed for time before inspection and had to pay $700.00 to have them done.

Don’t really know much about the product. It was severely damaged in the box when I went to pick it up at Home Depot. Asked them to re-order and they said they couldn’t. Had to return them for refund. Didn’t bother re-ordering because I had bought them on sale and the sale was over.

Tucks away nicely. Just what I need to keep things stowed away. Plenty of space inside for my needs. Nice construction.

The locker does have some sort of issue that is not visible but effects the top locker only while securing it. I dont know if the locker is bent or had been twisted, but once open, the closing of the top locker door is very difficult and must be lined up and slammed to close it properly. There is no visible damage that would explain this and could be how it was assembled or took place during shipping. It is unfortunate especially because it is the top locker; which almost makes it unusable. In the future, I will not be buying something sight unseen, and shipped to my local store. If you dont have what i need, I'll go somewhere else that does. Lesson learned.

Great look and a fun piece to add to our loft bedroom. It is not heavy duty but works nicely for a nightstand.

Locker was dented in various areas, paint chipped & scratched, seams in upper tier not welded properly, there were gaps. Was shipped with absolutely no covering or wrapping, shipping labels directly on the locker. Little baggie with hooks & screws taped to the inside. Doors were not secured & were swinging open upon arrival. Absolutely do not recommend!

Cheaply made and wobbly. Came with a dent in it.

Cheap metal very hard to assemble

I brought it for my 11yr old son to store his basketball stuff in. It's a nice product but I haven't received one that didn't have a defect. First one came damaged 2nd one the bottom lock mechanism wasn't working correctly but Home Depot was awesome about it.

Item arrived mostly in good condition. The bottom was very scratched up but it’s the bottom so I didn’t sweat it. But the dozen screws/nuts they send for the number tags don’t fit together so I have to run out and buy a whole new set of those, which is just aggravating.

Poorly made, package was broken, parts where bend in different ways, no assembly instructions and so on ....... terrible product.

Assembly could have been easier; instructions are not very clear, and some parts required "adjustment" with pliers in order to fit together. Eventually, the result was a reasonably sturdy (though probably not really theft-proof) locker that can hold quite a bit of stuff.

The locker arrived bent and could not be put together. There were also issues with the tabs that you were supposed to be able to easily insert together.

Hello, I was very disappointed when received this product. Over 20 small parts were missing and I could not assembly the locker. I called Sandusky regarding missing parts and they said they will ship it to me. I waited a week. Did not receive the parts so I called them again. Apparently they forgot about me. Eventually I received missing parts over 2 weeks later. Very disappointed maybe not with the product itself but with customer service.

It arrived damaged and won't even close properly. We are very disappointed with this purchase.

good product, much better priced than competitors

I purchased the lockers as assembled. They were received in a proper shipping box with no issues. I was surprised that they are very sturdy and the color was right on. My son loves them.

This locker is very nice, well constructed and looks great. Nice space inside, many options on where to put hooks. The granite paint is very sharp.

I should have payed attention to the reviews about item coming damaged and missing parts! Tried to give this as a Christmas gift. Needless to say it was a failure. Company has not responded and it's been 5 days now!!

So disappointed ...we ordered in time for Christmas hoping "Santa," would pull through and after his "elf," putting together found dents and just cheaply made lockers that would never stand a chance in our home with three small boys so we took apart and had to return the week of Christmas! Super bummed. For the price we paid we expected much better quality. Would not recommend.

This storage locker is made of very thin steel. One corner was slightly dented during transport, which caused the steel material to split open in the dented area. In my opinion, the construction quality is poor, with bad quality control of the seams and weld spots (one of my lockers had big globs of steel in an inside corner where it wasn't welded properly). The paint job was also of low quality, with paint runs, strange rough and discolored spots, and paint chipped off along one corner. The door hardware is flimsy, and loose, with plastic parts. One locker arrived with broken plastic door hardware and will need to be returned. This product is definitely not the sturdy steel locker you would find in a typical school. Marginally useful for my purposes, but I would not buy this product again.

I am a diesel mechanic and have long tools like pry bars, etc. I love to buy tools and am not fond of expensive tool box prices. This locker works perfectly for my tools that don't fit into my current boxes. It sits between my two tool boxes in the shop and has ample storage for my needs. It is very affordable and I shipped it to the store to avoid paying extra for shipping. It was easy to pick up at my local Home Depot and if you are mechanical it was not a problem to put together. I am very happy with my purchase.

Govt. agency ordered 10. Five of the 10 arrived dented, enough dents to warrant returns. Product arrived dented, despite what appeared to be adequate cardboard and wrap packaging. Undamaged product meets description and specifications.

I bought this for my classroom because there was no place to lock up my coat and purse. Plenty of space and easy to assemble handle and lock. Comes with a shelf and two hooks for inside.
