[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my sleek new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. The beverage center and separate ice maker are wonderful. I love to use the water pitcher because I can put lemon in the infusion container. The water tastes so fresh and clean. This fridge is counter depth but does stick out past the counter so just be aware of that. I love the adjustable shelves and the flex space for more room if you need more refrigerator space. This fridge has a UV deodorizing filter to keep it smelling fresh. It has sound alerts if the door is left open too long. The beverage center is great because it has its own door so you don’t have to open the whole fridge to get to it and leaves the fridge looking sleek and seamless on the front. The stainless steel is a bit darker than most stainless and I do see some fingerprint smudges even though it’s resistant. I love the two doors for the freezer at the bottom. If you don’t like having to pull a drawer open and dig through everything like me, you will like this feature. All in all I am happy with this product. I’m hoping Samsung will stand behind their product if I have any issues in the future. Lastly, I love the smart app that allows me to monitor my refrigerator while I’m away. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can adjust the temperature and other various functions remotely.

The sleek design looks elegant in our kitchen and has really helped to elevate the look of the entire room. The fingerprint resistant stainless-steel French doors are dreamy. In the Beverage Center™ you will find all your favorite beverages chilled for easy access along with a pitcher of water and water dispenser. This has been one of our favorite features, as well as the ability to quickly open the door without opening the whole fridge, saving energy, and keeping everything else cold. I was a huge fan of the Dual zone ice maker with Ice Bites™ and cubes! Ice Bites™ are the perfect size for water bottles. We were impressed by the flex zone. Think of it like a separate mini fridge. You can even customize it further by setting it to freeze, soft freeze, meat/fish, fruit/veggies, or beverages. We currently have ours set up for fruit/vegetables as we eat those the most. I specifically bought a head of broccoli to put in there just to see how it would hold up and 10 days later it looks and feels just like the day I bought it. I am elated knowing we won’t be wasting money on spoiled produce anymore. The main part of the fridge is giant, and I love where the shelves are placed. We have tons of room to store all our groceries and condiments. I also really appreciate the water filter being easily accessible on the inside of the unit. It was one of the features my husband noticed first. We are absolutely in love with our new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. This is easily the coolest thing we own, and we highly recommend it!

Our old fridge was getting loud and on its last legs, so were were ready to get something new and more advanced. This fits the bill! The top two doors are the fridge, but you can also make the bottom right area a fridge also if you want more fridge than freezer space. It's easy to choose the setting from fridge to freezer mode! We decided to keep both bottom doors a freezer. It makes a ton of ice in two different varieties: cubed ice and ice bites. The only comment on the ice I would make is that a couple times it fell behind the drawer and landed in the freezer area. Suggestion for anyone with this ice maker--make sure you bring the older ice forward in the bin with the included scoop so that new ice can drop to the back of the tray. Also the beverage dispenser in the left top door is an absolute DREAM! You can either fill your cup from the automatic dispenser or take a drink from the pitcher within the beverage center. I plan on making lime-infused water in the pitcher just to feel fancy! I will say, the stainless steel claims to be fingerprint resistant but you can definitely see fingerprints on there—but they wipe off very easily with a cloth and all purpose cleaner. The SmartThings app is also a nice addition to be able to monitor your fridge settings or get notified if something is wrong. If you've been waiting to get a fridge that's worth every penny, I would grab this Samsung Bespoke fridge. You won't regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family couldn’t be more satisfied and happy now that we have the french doors style model over the pull out drawer style. The aggravation of digging items from the bottom of the freezer is a thing of the past, accessibility is now. Our favorite feature is the beverage center where we have a pitcher of cool refreshing water at all times. I liked the placement of the water when you can easily replaced it. I don’t know how the UV deodorizing filter works but it is a nice feature.The stainless steel panel inside provides contrast in my opinion instead of the dull white appearance. The quick access door is a nice touch when you can retrieve your favorite beverage with ease. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel doors eliminates the constant wiping which can tiresome to some. I do not need to open the refrigerator to change the settings on the control panel which I can do in the SmartThings app. We loved the auto ice maker and volume of ice on the trays are more than enough for my fur babies who loved ice cubes for a treat.

The design is nice and modern and I really like how clean it looks. Definitely finger proof (as long as your hands aren’t covered). The UV sanitizer inside is a nice addition! The shelves are easy to move around for what works best for you and there is plenty of storage in the doors in both the fridge and freezer/ flex zones. The shelves in the freezer and flex zone pull out, which is amazing for easily finding what you’re looking for. The beverage zone is perfect, I use large water cups and the pitcher makes it so much quicker to fill my cup. The flex zone is a really cool feature, we plan on using it for drinks and a wine fridge. Overall I’m very satisfied with this fridge. A few things could do with adjustments. The ice maker is awesome and I love the ice bites, but the tray is kind of awful. The pieces that go in the front of the tray to hold the scoop just get in the way and make it super difficult to get ice and the back is really low so when the tray is full of ice and you try to scoop up ice it pushes ice off the back and they fall to the shelf below. My back would also appreciate if the ice shelf could be pulled out a little further. The handles on the bottom of the fridge doors are a kind of weird angle to turn my wrist. It would be nice if there was also a handle on the top. There’s also no cheese drawer, the junk drawer of the fridge, so there’s not really anywhere to easily store the small awkward shaped items. Right note I’m using a basket, but I’m going to have to see if I can find a drawer I can set on one of the shelves. Overall I really like this fridge. While it could use a few improvements, its design has been well thought out and it provides a new type of flexibility and a new approach to fridges.

The Flex Zone feature, which allows you to use the section as either a fridge OR a freezer, is simply amazing. From the outside the fridge just looks shiny and beautiful ... and it stays that way. Having a 7 year old and 5 year old I really appreciate the Fingerprint Resistance Stainless Steel. And having the beverage center inside the top left door keeps the outside looking minimal and clean. There's more than enough space and the dual ice maker (ice in two different sizes!!) just can't be beat. I downloaded the Smart Things app, and that might just be the best part of the refrigerator. I can control the temperature and lighting (among other things) simply by using the app. And when I accidentally leave one of the doors open the refrigerator beeps AND the app alerts me that the door is open. I can't get over all the features. It really is an amazing refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung RF23DB9600QLAA This is a nice, sleek fridge with a unique flat design and no handles that looks great. Its a bit smaller than I’m used to, but the lack of depth makes it easy to find things. It is well organized. The four doors are nice and different. The bottom two are the freezer and the bottom right can be changed to a fridge (flex). The shelves can be adjusted easily. Many pull out. There is less room for really large items which you will need to consider. If you have a lot of milk or 2L sodas, it will be tough. The beverage zone is really nice, especially the autofill pitcher. There is a lot of room for big cups to fill here. The zone takes up a lot of space, but its worth it. The doors do not close unless pushed gently closed unlike many other fridges. The ice maker has 2 types of ice. The tray, however, gets in the way and the ice scoop holder makes it hard to get the ice. T In general, its a great fridge that could use a couple of minor improvements. Space is a tradeoff, but should be expected in a counter depth fridge.

The only issue with the refrigerator capacity is that there are only 2 drawers. However, half of the freezer can be converted to a refrigerator (FlexZone). The pull out drawers and shelves are a nice feature making it easier to keep frozen items organized. The dual ice maker works well and I like that the ice is never empty. The beverage zone is convenient. The water from the dispenser is nice and cold which is good for the Texas heat. The auto fill pitcher is great for refilling the coffee pot with filtered water. The infuser worked great and gave me some flavored water. The Smart Things App was easy to set up. I have a Samsung phone so it was already installed. I just had to scan the QR Code and Bam it was setup. I liked the recipes in the app and the notifications I get in case I leave the fridge door open. The fingerprint resistant steel is not all that resistant. On the day the fridge arrived it was already full of prints that needed to be cleaned. The user manual did not provide any instructions on how to assemble and install the drawers and shelves. It is nice that the control panel is inside the fridge but we did not know how to use it. I actually had to rely on YouTube to learn how to use the control panel. Overall it is a significant improvement over our last refrigerator. We would definitely recommend this product to anyone!!!

Some of my favorite things: - Flex Zone option: I absolutely love that the bottom right section can be a freezer or a fridge. It is the perfect place to for a beverage fridge! - LOVE the different ice options! The ice bits (nugget ice) it the best and the feature works so well. - Having the inner door water pitcher and water dispenser is perfect. You don't have to see it but it is there when you need it. - There is so much space in the refrigerator and the shelves in the doors are amazing. They hold so much. - I love connectivity! Getting a notification from the app on my phone that a door has been left open is incredibly helpful when you have two small kids. - AND... NO FINGERPRINTS! The depth of our kitchen cabinets was shallow and we are so happy with the results after install. The surprise portion of the refrigerator overall was the flex zone. Being able to change the lower right section from a refrigerator for drinks during a party and then back to a freezer after a big shopping trip is fantastic. The filtration system on the water and the beverage system is very welcoming and a built in water pitcher is lovely. The freezer having an ice system with two types of ice is awesome. The smaller pieces it makes for perfectly in smaller water bottles and containers our children use while the larger cubes are great for iced tea and drinks. The Samsung App to control and change settings is a major upgrade from the old refrigerators that had a number system with no idea what temperature your food was being stored at. I’d recommend this fridge to someone looking to upgrade to a truly modern addition to the kitchen.

Also when opening the left side you need to open from top or bottom as opening from the middle accesses the beverage center. Ice- I like that you get both ice cubes and ice bites (in individual trays) and that they even included an ice scoop. You can even tell the refrigerator not to make ice at night! Beverage center - easy access to beverages, water pitcher (for quick pour) and water dispenser. (pitcher is quicker). Automatic refills to pitcher quickly. Naturally you sacrifice a but of refrigerator space. Flexibility - it is nice to be able to configure the lower right to be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer and specifically 5 different temperature settings. App - The app is convenient for many things including but not limited to checking if door is open, temperature, quick freeze, quick cool, ice on and off. Would recommend and would buy again

I got the Stainless Steel, and it is fingerprint resistant! I could have cleaned my previous refrigerator, and it always had streaks. My Bespoke refrigerator looks fantastic after a swipe and dry with a paper towel. The amount of storage is just what I need to accommodate the food I keep on hand. I love the adjustable shelves. It's great, the way you can personalize this refrigerator. The shelves in the doors really add to the amount of storage for milk and juice, and for so many condiments! I'm really loving this part Onto the beverage center. So smart to have the water behind the panel in the door. The pitcher makes it easy to fill up so quickly. This is another feature that is so easy to keep clean. I haven't done anything with the Flex feature yet, but I am thinking about it. How wonderful to have the option to go from freezer compartment to more fridge space and vice versa! I do love the ice trays that feature two different sizes of cubes and the included scoop. It is so much neater to use than my previous fridge. Not having handles is so nice, I don't miss them at all. It just makes the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator that much more beautiful!

I feel the four doors make it feel very spacious. My favorite feature is the Beverage Center, I love that we don’t need to open the entire refrigerator to grab a drink. I love how it helps keep our beverages organized. I really love having both the pitcher of filtered water and the push button to dispense filtered water. I was really happy to see the two ice sizes, I feel ice can make a drink better. I love that the smaller ice easily fits in water bottles. I love the SmartThingsApp it was easy to download and easy to use. It is nice to be able to adjust my refrigerator right from my phone. Another feature I was impressed with is the Flex Zone in the freezer, it will be a nice option to have during the holidays. We all need more refrigerator space during the holidays. Another feature I was really happy about in the freezer is the shelves that pull out, I feel this will help keep our freezer stay organized and will help prevent things from being buried and lost in the freezer. I like the UV Deodorizer Light Filter to help keep my refrigerator smelling fresh and especially love that I don’t have to change that filter. I am really excited to put the fingerprint resistant stainless steel to the test especially with four sons, this is a must have. The Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator fit so nicely in our space! Every time I walk in the kitchen it brings a smile to my face.

It's sleek exterior makes my kitchen seem bigger, the space inside the fridge section is wonderfully laid out, ensuring that we can see everything clearly and organizing it is a breeze. The only downside I could see, is the freezer space is a little small. We have a chest freezer, though, so it's not a problem at all. We switched the flex temp side to get more fridge space and so our youngest has easy access to her own things. The beverage center and ice capabilities are amazing, too. We love the access there, and the ice fills quickly, which is important for our family of five. The fingerprint proof stainless does leave prints, but they are easily wiped off with a dry towel.

We had the smart fridge 2021 stainless steel top 2 French style, bottom freezer. Don’t get me wrong, the computer is snazzy, fancy, & everyone of our guests LOVED it. But I personally could do without another thing needing internet connection. I finally convinced my husband to let me upgrade our main fridge to the 4 door flex & now I can’t wait to have EVERY COLOR. Also a red glass & green glass in the future is a must, because mamma want a panel for every season ;D The thing i love most about the flex, is the FLEX!!!!!! I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and was able to convert the bottom right section of to a fridge for the kids! Now my son is not up in the middle bar of the fridge handing his dirty feet all over like he was in the smart fridge we had prior. I’m a Montessori mama & having the availability for my kids to grab a drink & snack when they want is SOOOO important for their developmental to our family.! Thank you Samsung for always taking care of the Le family! We are forever LOYAL! Next up, upgrade to BESPOKE WASHER & DRYER!! (My current set is also Samsung new from 2021 but now i feeel like the whole family should BESOKE hehe )

The refrigerator is extremely functional and has a lot of room to store my frozen items and fresh goods. The ice machine (two different ice types) is amazing. The automatic refilling of the water pitcher is awesome. We drink a lot of water and use tons of ice. This refrigerator changed our worlds. We are extremely happy with the product and functionality.

I literally never have to refill the water jug. Bonus!!! We changed the panels to white and my kitchen looks fabulous now!!! I have the app on my phone which comes in handy when my kids forget to close the door.

So much to love, easy to clean, easy to see and organize, beautifully reflecting glass makes my space seem so much bigger. But the pitcher stopped working. Slowly at first. Hiccups every few months. Now nothing expired warranted and $400 minimum to get it working again.
