I can't believe how quiet this dryer is. And the capacity is awesome. I really love it :-)

Bought this on line and even when I read all the specs I was really pleased when I got it and used it for the first time. I also bought the washer and works great!

purchased it for it's large capacity. [ king size comforter] but it doesn't get it completely dry the first time

I bought this dryer with matching washer the first week of November. 36days later the dryer locked up completely.

WOW..what a deluxe dryer, all the bells and whistles. I haven't used the steam part yet we have to hook up the hose, but what a difference on the regular drying. When I dried the first "normal" load it said 44 minutes but it automatically changes as the sensor know how wet the clothes are, so the drying time goes down. The clothes come out smelling so nice and clean. It has several settings and you can create your own settings. I love the song or sounds it plays when the cycle ends. I also like the sounds when you power it on. So far it's been a great dryer, less than one month.

Dryer is easy to use, quiet, with nice fabric features.

I'm not happy with the lack of control on the settings and no matter how little or how much clothing I have in it, my clothes come out wrinkled! I never had that problem with my old dryer. Too bad it got sold with our old house. I plan on contacting someone in regard to this issue. I've had it for one month and tried different load sizes, same results.

Used the steam refresh and it took some wrinkles out and they smelled fresher. Cool option. Dried comforter rather good, I should have checked it mid-cycle and fluffed the comforter and restarted it. Overall good dryer.

The only thing I don't like so far is that there is not a cancel/clear button. If you change your mind about a setting you have to push the power button to turn it off, then turn it back on & start over. Not a major deal, just have to get used to the different settings at first. Definitely have to read the manual for the steam setting... haven't figured that one out yet. It keeps turning off & on during the cycle.
