This unit is great. Very easy to install

Product was good. Delivery company sucked. Tried hiding damaged boxes behind others.

I order this unit 5 times and finally got one that was usable. The packaging from the manufacturer is inadequate and the handling between the factory and the store must be brutal. Broken corners, cracked shelves, forklift holes in the boxes. One of the panels wasn’t even covered by a box, it was taped to what was left of the box. The panels didn’t fit properly and required sanding to clean up the “flashing” in the pivot at the top and along the edges to mate correctly.

This shower began to crack, badly, around the shelving within 3 weeks of installation. Each shelf was only holding 1 standard sized bottle of shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) so there is absolutely no reason for it to crack. We contacted about warranty and were told that, once installed, there was nothing they could do. This is possibly the worst purchase I have ever made. We only bought it because it was the only shower we could find to fit the needed measurements of our 3 walled alcove. The worst part is that, because we can't find another shower kit to fit in the alcove, we are stuck trying to patch these cracks or buying another of the same, which we certainly won't do.

There was a small crack on top part of one the side wall. Drywall cover most of it.

It had forklift holes through the top of it. I sent it back and got a refund and reordered. And the second one had a crushed corner. I ran out of time and money. So i am going to get a fiberglass repairman to repair it.

My shower came early no damage, the only thing i have to say is you might have to do alittle trimming on the back panel groove where the side panels connect to get them to fit correctly other than that im completely happy with my purchase

I'm rating this poor because when the package was opened, the sidewalls of the shower were in pieces.

I was unaware that this item was part of a shower unit and not a stand alone. I feel deceived

I love this shower base. The size is perfect. The detachable seat makes it easier to sit and scrub my feet.

The shower was smashed up when i trued to pick it up! It was horrible. I traveled 1.5 hours to get this. I also asked to speak to the manager and was lied to about that.

Purchased shower set based on recommendation of person that did the install. We are verry happy with the product.

The shower base and surround are good quality and installed well! I would recommend.

This is a very well made , high quality 4-piece unit. Well thought out instructions, good diagrams. The new material that it is made from. Outstanding. I would buy again.

Unfortunately, my shower came with a few cracks on the wall units. I had my contractor there so I could not be without a shower to wait for a new one. Disappointed in the white color. I bit dingy and it does not match my white tile and vanity, toilet, walls. All in all I do like the removable seat. Was a bit difficult to snap the walls into place.

Received and opened at jobsie and it had several cracks in the shower. So I will have to use a shower repair kit to fix cracks.

It had two fair size chips in the back panel that where not evedent until it was comptly unboxed.

Great size at 36" x 60". Removable seat is handy.
