I bought and used this kit to spray latex paint. I slightly thinned the paint with water and used the 2.0 nozzle. The results have been fantastic. Smooth and even finish. Paint gun worked great and cleans up easily. I would highly recommend this kit.

First timer. Just used the big gun with the 1.3 for primer and paint. moved to the 1.7 for clear. Still no real idea what i'm doing, but things worked out well. Clear was really orange peely, but I think that is a lot of user error. I have a 26 gallon Kobalt compressor. Never ran out of air and very occasional pump runs. I was painting a bicycle so small areas. Not sure how it would do if you were painting a car or something.

I bought this LVLP spray gun kit for painting my boat. It's working great! Even though I'm an old guy, I'm a complete rookie using spray guns but this one is easy to use. The best thing is that it works with my little 2HP 8 gallon compressor. An HVLP gun would not. So this LVLP unit is just the ticket for those folks who don't need a big compressor and giant air tank. The first coat of paint on my 42 year old boat using the Sprayit 33500 looks great! More coats to follow. Can't wait till it's finished!

I'm loving this LVLP spray gun. As someone with no prior experience with these, I found the operation to be pretty straightforward after watching a youtube video or two, and everything is sufficiently easy to break down to clean. All the parts are well made and carefully finished, with no burrs on edges. I would note that the first time you go to take the nozzle out of the larger of the two guns for cleaning you may need to use a real wrench rather than the included ones, since (at least for mine) it seems they had a gorilla doing the tightening on that at the factory ;-) I've been using this to spray water-based acrylics & latexes so far, and as long as things are thinned properly, they spray quite well and it's WAY faster than rolling or brushing and way cleaner too. I love having the smaller gun because it's a good step between the larger one and an airbrush, for when I'm priming & painting hobby & craft projects. I'm looking forward to getting quite a few years of service out of it!

Package arrive undamaged shipped from California by UPS. Shop at HomeDepot.ca and pay only Canadian applicable taxes. No import fees / duties paid. Even better if you can get it on sale. I paired LVLP Spray Gun with my new California 11 Gallon 2 HP, 110v Compressor - CFM 5.2 capable, which works great with both the spray guns from the kit - drawing around 3-4 CFM. I achieved a very smooth finish on my car. Compressor kept up with my Spray gun, and I was not disappointed. Set the Spray gun at 2 bar /30-32 PSI with gun fully opened. I set the spray paint volume control fully opened, and controlled the paint by my trigger pull. Lastly, quality is made well - a very satisfied DIY consumer.

Great for small paint jobs. Painted doors with it. No problems. 5.4 cfm 29 gallon compressor.

The air caps wouldn’t screw onto the gun without cross threading, the fluid needle started leaking after the first use, the needles weren’t marked so there was no way to figure out which one to use. Packaging sucked too because when it showed up, all the parts were piled up in the bottom of the box. Save yourself the headache; go to HF and pick up a central Pneumatic for cheaper and they do a better job.

These guns atomize very well and if you are skilled..you can lay down a mirror smooth finish quite easily. High quality spray guns for low prices!

Overall not to bad for a cheaper spray gun. More of a medium pressure spray gun compared to other lvlp guns. Be careful disassembling and reassembling when cleaning after use. The needle bends easily.

I love it, great product and very affordable

I only have a 4CFM 10 GAL Fortress Compressor and had hard time finding a spray gun that works with such a small compressor. However this one does even for BM Advance paint. I thin the paint about 15% with water and it sprays very well. There are air bobbles when applied too thick so make sure to find the sweet spot.

Gun sprays good 3 to 4 times ,cleaned properly cleaned gun just looses atomization.

I have no experience with using paint sprayers except for trial and error. This gun made it easy to get a super nice finish ready for level sanding and buffing!

After a little testing to get settings correct it performed great just as I needed.

Bought this basically to shoot primer on car parts and panels as it has a 2.0 tip included with 2 others. Also it isn’t easy to find a LVLP low volume low pressure gun as I only have a 4 hp compressor.

Home Depot sent me an unsealed LVLP gun kit. Parts are missing. I tried several times to add pics, but each time I tried, the review was erased and I had to start over. Clearly a bunch of rinky dink amatures sending out incomplete returned items. Avoid this one if they're sending them out like this. It will cost me money to drive 60 miles round trip to return this, as I live in a small town. It will take me half a wasted day, and I will curse the idiots at Home Depot who did it to me!Nicely done, guys

Work great on my 30 Pound air compressor.

I use this sprayer for water based clear coating my woodworking projects and it does a great job. It comes with 3 tip sizes and I plan to use it to spray latex using the larger tip but have not yet tried. I have other HVLP sprayers that do the job with latex but they require much more scfm to operate them. (TIP: Flat latex with with a clear coat on top makes for a really nice finish.) I have a smaller 20 gallon compressor and even though it runs most of the time while I am spraying it seems to be able to keep up with the lower scfm demand of this gun. And the price is very reasonable.

LVLP painting is new too me but I was able to actually paint my car very well (hobbyist). Because of the nature of this spray gun, read there is a 80% +- transfer of product and less wastage in the form of overspray. I went with 28lb air inlet pressure and approximately 12lb at the aircap seemed for base coat and about 14lb air cap for clear coat. The Sprayit kit comes with a selection of spray tip sizes of 1.3 to 2.0. I used it for primer surfacer also with the 2.0 tip. Includes a cleaning kit and a smaller spray gun for painting small projects. No hesitation recommending this system for other hobbyist and/or beginners.

I never should have purchased. The pancake compressor I had was not sufficient, even though it was a small area I need to paint. My fault.

sprays good need bigger cups quality seems ok does not come in any kind of storage case so you will need something to put all the extra parts in

best spray gun if you don't have big compressor painted on 4 cars tried different spray guns teven $200 black widow from Harbor Fright can't compare really good for my needs bought second set

I haven't sprayed anything with it, but the product looks great. Home depot had the best price, outstanding service. It has great ratings. So far, so good.

We have had many spray guns. These spray with the best of them. They do require time to dissemble and thoroughly clean after use.

Used it the first time to spray latex primer, then topcoat. It met all of my expectations.
