The rug is very rough and hard to walk on. Debated on keeping the 3 runners bought but decided I will return because of texture. The Safavieh NF 433B Aruba sisal is much smoother and softer.

I had to send it back. It wasn’t soft as I hoped. I would like to Home Depot I wouldn’t hesitate to buy online again. When I discovered it wasn’t what I wanted and was stressed. I had to do was return to local Home Depot with order number. Very Impressed with ease of return. Great job Home Depot.

I love these rugs. This is the second one I purchased to match my original one that is at least 3-5 years old. It has held up to heavy foot traffic both people and dogs at the entry point to our house beautifully. Stays in place pretty well too with the rubber backing.
