Stinks
Literally, the rugs stink. It smells sort of like raisins but unpleasant. I left them outside for a whole day, and the smell didn’t go away. I’m throwing them away.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Generally new rugs emit an odor. Airing out the rug in a well ventilated area generally solves the problem. If airing out the rugs does not solve the issue it is recommended to contact the retailer you purchased from for a return, replacement, exchange, or refund.

Thank you for your review. Creases of rugs can happen. There are few suggestions you may want to consider to reduce this: • Back rolling/ Reverse rolling the rug (leave it back rolled for 48-72 hours)- place heavy furniture on rug while back rolled/ reverse rolled to keep it from unraveling • Use indoor rug/carpet tape-tape down corners of the rug to secure and flatten the ends of your rug. • Use a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding • Use a rug gripper for hardwood flooring • Vacuum the rug where the creases are located • Simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle *These creases/waves/bumps will normally flatten-out on their own so in most cases you can simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle. If you’ve tried all of these suggestions, and this did not remove the creases or flatten the ends, I would strongly advise you to can get in touch with the vendor you purchased from for a return. Please be aware that vendors have their own return policy’s, please reach out to your vendor and see if you are able to return/exchange/replace/ this rug. Please remember these creases are not permanent!

Harsh on bare feet
This might be ok for an entryway, but not for a living room or bedroom. Quality is there, but the weave is large and really hard on bare feet. Maybe a rug pad underneath would help. Not sure. I'm going to try to return if not too much of a hassle.

The quality seemed great. There is a sent to the rug (which didn't bother me... like green tea maybe?) In the end I returned the rug as the color read a bit green in my space, and my family couldn't get over the texture (which didn't bother me).

I love the rug it looks beautiful on my floor...
I love the rug it looks beautiful on my floor feels good under the feet. The only disappointing thing is there are many places where the end of the strand was not tucked under or worked in two the strands beside yet. So there are many places were a little and is sticking up you really don’t want to cut those off so I’m thinking I’ll have to work them under and maybe glue them in place. Other than that I am really happy with the rug.

Hello - Thank you for your review. Please be kindly aware this is a common occurrence with rugs that are hand tufted. Normal “pulls” or “sprouting” will happen and can happen in a short period of time. Even with very light traffic, pulls generally happen. You have the option to leave the pulls as is or try to correct them by clipping with scissors at the pile level. This is also mentioned on the back label of your rug under the care instructions.

This runner suited MY needs, both in length and texture. This style (I purchased other sizes) may not be suitable for others. The weave is a very rough fiber texture: definitely not soft or comfortable on bare feet. However, for my senior Golden Retriever, whose back legs often give out on laminate flooring, this rug provides the necessary traction.
It looks nice as well.
