This rug is probably one of the nicest quality rugs I have had in a long time! The color is true to the description (which is hard to find in reds) and it is so soft and full that my grandchildren wanted to sleep on it when they recently visited. In fact, I love it so much, I just purchased the smaller 5x5 for my office area! No regrets on either one, well worth the additional money I hadn't planned.

I love this rug! I debated getting a cheaper rug instead, but I am happy I splurged on this one. It is soft and plush. I find myself sitting on the rug instead of the couch. I ordered "gray", but it looks more speckled gray/brown (which is what I wanted). We've had it for 2 months, and my only complaint is that it is difficult to push vacuum (but I expected that because of the higher pile height).

The round Milan shag rugs are really nice and look beautiful on my Bruce hardwood floor that I installed myself. They are soft and thick and fun to walk on in barefeet!

I was hesitating about how soft this rug really is but I read the reviews and decided to go for it let me tell you it is soft I bought the 2ft x8ft really love it

Perfect size, and thickness. Love this rug. My husband loves the look and feel of it also and I've never seen him so pleased with any thing I bought for the house.

I absolutely love this rug! It is so plush and the aqua color I chose is just beautiful against my dark flooring. The color is just as I expected, the thickness and plushness exceeds my expectations! I haven't vacuumed it yet so I can't speak to how the individual fibers will hold up but it is very tightly woven so I expect it will not shed much. Great value for the money and well worth the 4 week wait to ship to Hawaii. Am currently shopping for another Milan Shag for my other room, love it!

My rug was delivered in a very heavy plastic wrap for protection. I received it just a few days after I ordered it. This rug exceeded my expectations! It's very plush and the color was just a shown. I am not getting any shedding either! It is even more plush than some more pricy ones in the store. I'm very happy with this rug & would highly recommend it!

Rug is thick and heavy. Great value. Dark gray is perfectly- no purpley undertones like I feared. Nice thick shag strands; not the cheap fuzz of other brands. Very pleased. Hope the off gassing will pass quickly as has been the case for other reviewers

This is the 3rd rug I have purchased from this company. I am beyond pleased with each purchase and I get so many compliments on my area rugs. They are soft and plush and easy to care for.

This decent rug has been open for weeks now, it still won’t lay flat because HomeDepot shipped in folded up rather than rolled. Unfortunately I own it. More stores doing this, cheaper to ship folded, never works for rug ever bring ok. I’ve steamed this, vacuumed it, turned it around, no go. Won’t purchase again.

I just put this rug in ivory 8 x 10 in our newly finished basement family room. This rug is gorgeous and very plush. I put a pad underneath and the rug feels so good to walk on. The ivory is a perfect shade. The rug is very plush yet my vacuum runs over it without a problem. It flattened out in a day after coming (extremely well-packaged) rolled up. No shedding, no odor. Do not hesitate if you’re thinking of buying it. It is well worth it.

This rug is well made and the carpet is a really thick . There is no toxic smell which was very important to us when researching carpet and area rugs . It was also on sale for a great price . There are many carpets a lot thinner that just don’t match the quality of this rug so we very happy with this purchase .

This rug is so soft and plush! I ordered the 8x10 area rug as well as the 2x14 runner for my hallway. I will be ordering more of these for my house! After reading the reviews i decided to order the “gray” one but its not really gray, its more of a cream/taupe/grayish 2 tone. It fits perfectly with my brown toned stone floors. Very happy with this purchase! Only downside is that its very hard to vacuum.
