I am very happy with all of my runs from Home Depot but I wish they could be rolled up differently when you ship them. I have a crease from being rolled up wrong. I hope in time the crease will work it way out. I love the colors and sizes you offer. Thank You

We originally ordered this area rug in a different color combination, but the red was more vibrant in "real life" than it appeared on a computer screen. We really liked the original rug, but the color didn't look quite right with our other decor, so we returned it and reordered in this color ~ the colors are the same, but there is less red in this one than in the other (same rug, just different color scheme), so it works fine for us (note that some of the online images of this are much more gold than the actual rug ~ it's more of a cream/tan color, and the red looks more brick online than the cherry red that it actually is). The new rug was shipped out of a different location (different city and state) from the first one, so I'm not sure if it was possibly manufactured at a different facility, but the quality is not as good as the first one. It is still soft, and the colors look good, but it arrived wrinkled and has not yet smoothed out after being laid out for a week. We're hopeful that the bumps and wrinkles will relax and smooth out, because we like how the rug looks, I just wish it was the same quality as the first one, which (theoretically) is the same company.

The area rug was good quality, soft and nice colors. However, the shade of red was more vibrant than it appeared on the computer screen, which didn't look quite right with the rest of our decor. We resolved this by returning the rug and ordering the same one in a slightly different color scheme (it still has the red, but it doesn't dominate the pattern as much). The replacement, which, in theory, is from the same manufacturer, arrived with wrinkles that have not yet flattened out, after a week of being laid flat. Also, the quality doesn't seem quite as good, which seems odd. Possibly the same patterns are made at different facilities but carry the label of the main company (it was shipped out of a different city and state than the first one)?? The colors of the new rug are great, so I hope the wrinkles and lumpiness will go away.

Very happy with the quality of the rug, it is a great value and super soft. Plus, delivery was so fast.

The rug was very nice but it slid all over the floor. I had to spend another $39 for a non skid pad to go under it. Wouldn't purchase it again because of this.

Not true to colors in the pictures

I ordered (2) 5x8's and (1) 10 foot runner for the center hall plus (2) 14 foot runners for the stairs. The rugs are beautiful and they make a huge impact. This is the second time I ordered Safavieh carpets and I've been pleased with both orders.

There was nothing special about the carpet. The low rating is because of the careless way they rolled it up. It is full of unnecessary creases. I'll never buy another.

As described, I am very happy with my new rug. Colors are as pictured and looks good in my den. The only thing is waiting for the ends to lay down flat, but when in is shipped rolled up I guess it is to be expected.

This rug was a great addition to our room makeover. Great price and better than expected.

I wanted a rug that would fit a certain space so I went to Home Depot and found they have a large variety of rugs. I was surprised at how affordable they were. I found just what I wanted; one that would match or compliment the color of the walls and the right size. I would recommend Home Depot for anybody looking for home improvements. I have shopped there numerous times; sometimes in person and sometimes on line.

This is not a thick lush carpet but is is soft to walk on and works very well with a pad under it. Beautiful colors, beautiful rug.

Ordered this rug for under the breakfast table. The colors are vibrant and the feel of the rug is very soft. My dogs took to laying on it immediately!

This area rug is exactly as portrayed. Elegant look at a a decent price. We bought it to go under a round two- seater glass counter-height dinette table. The mixture of colors makes it easy to blend with multiple color schemes . We are very pleased with this purchase.

Nice, vibrant colors. Product matches the picture seen. However, rather thin rug compared to others I have. Also, the rug is crooked from one end to the other by about 5-6 inches - I have hardwood floors and it curves 1 full plank. Visibly noticeable which is the main reason I do not recommend.

Overall very satisfied. Packaging could be better. If rug was rolled instead of folded it wouldn't take so long to straighten out

Carpet was much lighter than pictured. Picture had more Sage-color in it.Shipping was very fast. It arrived before the pad.
