I love the rugs. The one that I received...
I love the rugs. The one that I received in December/January timeframe has ripples in the backing. I have been trying to let it “settle down” but hasnt yet. What can be done?

Its a wonderful rug! Very soft, beautiful, and goes well with dark flooring (which was a concern of mine)! I got the gray version too (the 2 x 3 rug for my entrances) and those look great on dark flooring too, but I didn't think thy would make my living room pop like this color.
I would highly recommend buying this high-quality rug!

This rug came quickly and it's beautiful I love it....
This rug came quickly and it's beautiful I love it. It fit perfectly and it is thick and plush and the corners laid flat after a couple hours. We did roll it in the opposite direction and let it sit all day before laying it out.
