I just got this carpet today it came rollef ( not in a box ) and very well protected they even had end caps on both ends of the carpet for protection. It rolled out great I will give it a day before putting furniture on it to give it time to lay perfectly flat.

Plush and accents my family room perfectly.

This rug was exactly what my living room needed. I purchased the 8x10 ft rug. It is soft and beautiful. It is also easy to maintain. We will be purchasing the same rug for one of our bedrooms.

Darker than expected but the color works well because it's neutral.

The rug in the picture is not the rug you will receive. The same style for sure, but the color is completely off. We were expecting a light brown to beige rug, as shown in the picture, and instead we received a much darker color. I will upload an image so you can see exactly how different they are.

First of all, I was hesitant to purchase an area rug online, but I was NOT disappointed with this product! The area rug is huge (Over 9' by 12'), so I had it delivered because I wasn't sure how I'd get it home if I purchased in-store. The delivery was flawless, on-time, and wrapped to avoid any kind of defect or damage. Also, the area rug is WHITE, so the packing quality was imperative! The bottom side is not rough like other rugs I've had, and so there was no worries it would scratch our wood floors, and the plush weave is amazing under your feet! The pattern is also really nice (shadow box), and it looks like a really expensive area rug for how little I spent on it (purchased during a Home Depot special). What a deal-- I'm very pleased with this purchase!

This is my 4th purchase of this brand. I’ve had this one a few weeks and purchased the first 3 9 months ago. The rugs are Plush and beautiful and I’ve had no issues.

Beautiful rug but didn't work for my foyer. Needed something with color. But the rug is beautiful & so soft & well made!

Excellent . I would highly recommend. The material is soft to your feet. The rug was wrapped all of it with a heavy duty plastic. Five stars. Very happy with my are rug. I wish I could find a 9 by 12 inched

Looks exactly like the photo that I saw when I decided to order it.

It's a beautiful rug, however, it wasn't straight. It was way off kilter. When you are putting it on a light colored hardwood floor, nothing can make it look straight. It was the perfect color of ivory - no yellow. Sadly, I had to return it.

I bought the 9 x 12 for our bedroom and am so pleased with this purchase! The quality & feel of this rug far surpasses the price paid. The "shag" areas of the rug are quite defined and higher than the lower areas giving it a ton of dimension & texture. Nice!

It's beautiful and a nice quality!

I bought 2 of these for high traffic areas. It is very thick and plush. The runners lay very flat which was not true of the other rugs I had tried and returned. Home depot ordering and pick up process was very easy and and convenient!
