The rug is not a silver color. The rug I had received is more of a blue color. Fortunately for me it still goes with my color scheme. The rug is heavy and durable. It sheds horribly! I purchased this rug back in November of 2015 and I have to vacuum it everyday as it sheds so bad. After two years the rug continues to shed. I do have this rug sitting in my living room with two children and a dog (my dog does not shed). I suggest that if you wish to purchase this rug make sure it is not placed in high traffic areas. For the amount of money paid for it, I would not recommend due to shedding and not the color described.

Great rug. I agree with some other posters - the rug looks slightly purple in person. But, it's a great color.

Very rough material and almost like hay. And stinky odor.

I was in need of a 8 foot square rug which limits you in your choices. I was excited when I found this rug that appeared to be a cream colored rug with a light gray or silver design. This rug was cream as stated but the design was more purple than gray. It also sheds A LOT!!

This rug is beautiful just like the picture. I placed in a high traffic area and all it does it shed. I did not realize the rug should be in low traffic area once I did further research concerning this item. I saw the rug in the store but had no information about how to place the rug. I really like the rug, and the price is just right. The shedding will not work.

Perfect for our daughters nursery. Size was correct.. does look a little dirty as stated in previous reviews but its just the color in the rug. Also did have a weird smell to it but if you air it out for a day or two it goes away. Great rug for the price & very soft!

This is the 2nd rug I've bought! It is a great quality rug, feels soft, and easy to vacuum. My daughter has this in her college dorm, and loves it!

Rug is very thick and really like it. Just wish it was actually grey, Should have believed the other reviewers who said the rug is more blue then grey. Returned the rug as the blue color just didnt work.

This rug is nicely made, thick quality, and soft wool construction. I was a little nervous to get a wool rug, but it cleaned up easily when my dog piddled on it. I highly recommend it!

The look of this rug is fabulous! Looks very expensive. Love the blue color! But, it sheds like a very hairy pet! We have dark hard wood floors and I cannot keep up with the fur...and I have a housekeeper! It's crazy. We gave it a few months and waited to see if it was just because it was new. But, it keeps shedding like crazy. We vacuum it multiple times a week. And, because the lattice is raised, it isn't exactly easy to vacuum. Took me a long time to choose the look I wanted; I'm bummed that I have to return it!

This rug has a nice backing and thickness. Not too thick and not too thin. It also has dimension which gives it extra character! I love the pattern too! It's modern but also classic colors.

The product unrolled easily and after a day laid down flat.

The rug looks great and lays down fine however after youwalk on it awhile it begins to shed small hair like pet hair. If you have hardwood floors it becomes very noticeable.

I loved the rug & quality of it. The color was not beige, but more gray & did not blend with my décor. The ivory parts of it were raised & I figured that would get dirty easily. I returned it, but probably would have kept it had it been the correct color.

Good thing I had already purchased this rug before reading the other reviews! It fits beautifully under my king sized bed, arrived quickly, and was not smelly or creased, as other reviewers had mentioned. Yes it sheds, but not much more than any other new rug. I would definitely purchase this again!

Have not had the shedding/smelling issues that others have mentioned. Is exactly what I was looking for, the pink is very pale pink, not bright. Great price for such a large rug.

I was thrilled with this rug after I took off the plastic wrapping that was covered in some kind of goo. I opened it up at the HD store to find nothing had damaged my rug. Then I took it home and put it in the entryway at the door and have been positively pleased with it ever since. The color is a beautiful silver gray and I have not had any shedding or staining as some of the other reviewers have said. I have had it about 2 months.....does not look cheap or thin, holds up to foot traffic walking into the house, has a nice modern pattern to it ...like HGTV uses in their renovation shows. Love it!

This rug was beyond dirty when I unrolled it. The cream color has a blue/brown tint and looks like it has been used. It also smells SO BAD! Will be returning it this weekend!

This is a really cute rug, however it sheds SO MUCH! My roommate and I have to vacuum every day, and some how vacuuming it doesn't even help because it just pulls more of the material out, making it shed even more. If you set anything down on it, you are screwed because it will just get fur all over it. Once again the pattern and color are very cute, but it is very inconvenient (especially since we are in college, we don't have time to vacuum every day!)

overall, this was a great rug in terms or price and quality, however the color description is inaccurate. the website shows a very light blue, but this was not the case when it was delivered. I understand the color may be a bit off from the screen resolution to in real life, however this was more inaccurate than I would've liked. just something potential buyers should be wary about.

This rug is perfect on dark hardwood floor. It sheds a bit but not much. It's elegant, modern yet classic

Having lived with this rug for 3 months now, I have changed my initial impression of it from pretty good to not so hot. It looks okay ... when it's clean. And it rarely looks clean because the purple and white fibers get trapped in each other in ways my vacuum cleaner can't handle. In order to make it look clean I have to get down on the rug with just the bare hose end and go over every inch of the rug, especially the borders between the purple and white. My vacuum cleaner is a good Dyson bagless, and one cleaning fills up the canister. At least at this rate maybe the rug won't last too long and I can shop for something better.

It's a beautiful area rug and it compliments my furniture and floors very well.

Beautiful Looking rug, but the white design pile is raised higher than the blue. As a result, it sheds like crazy all over the dark blue!! It looks like you have cats in the house!! We vacuum it twice a day, and after a month it still looks so messy. If you like things clean looking, this is not for you...unless you enjoy vacuuming more than twice a day!!

This rug lays well, feels good on your feet, durable and brings a wow to any room.

We purchased the light green/ivory rug. It is fresh & bright & just what we were looking for. Everyone who has come to see our renovated new home comments on how gorgeous the room looks with this rug. Our colors before were dark - now light, bright, cheery, and fresh-looking. Great purchase!

The carpet looked great online, but has a dirty type of look/feel to it. It can't be vacuumed away and just looks dirty. This is not an "off white" color thing - it actually looks like it has particles of stuff in the carpet that should not be there.

Perfect size for what I needed for my front door. The black shows all the lint, but anything light would show the dirt. The rug quality is very good. It's thick and well made.

Wonderful pile, exactly as pictured, and all around fantastic purchase. We tried Overstock first, this was amazing.

Love the look of this but the wool sheds all over the place.
