The rug looked like the close-up of the picture online and nothing like the other pictures. It was shipped folded instead of rolled. I returned the rug because the color did not work in my space.

Good quality rug for the $

I really like these rugs. They look like quality. They need a rug pad to keep from slipping, and they do shed some at first. I hope to buy another in the future!

The rugs sheds too much. We have vacuumed several times and still much fuzz etc. The rug is very unsatisfactory. We plan to return soon for a refund.

Love this rug! It seems like quality, thick and beautiful. I did not notice any odor, and I haven’t noticed the shedding that others mentioned, but it’s in a low traffic spot.

It is attractive and well made.

This runner was delivered promptly. It is everything we expected. It looks very nice in our hallway. Good buy.

The color and size of the rug is perfect for the space we are using it for. Unfortunately, it sheds worse than a Labrador Retriever in August. We're currently looking for a replacement.

Purchased two of these rugs for our new construction home. When we unrolled them, we thought they were a perfect fit for our needs. Matched our tile floors and dining room set. The design, colors and thickness were very nice. However, later that evening we began to smell mold and it was really overwhelming. It was coming from the rugs. We were so upset as I have a severe allergy to mold and here these were sitting in our new home. We immediately repackaged these and returned them to the local store. I believe these came directly from the manufacturer, which makes me really mad that they would send something like this out. Even the packaging smelled. In addition, the runner we purchased had severe wrinkles in it.

Received the Safavieh 9x11 and the runner on 9/13/2020. Both have shed beyond being just a new rug. We vacuum very other day, it has filled the canister with each 2-3 sweeps of the length of the rug. We thought it would lessen as time has gone by but it is as bad as it was the first time vacuuming. My 2 year old wonderful vacuum has now started having a burning smell when vacuuming the rugs. I was reviewing Home Depot site and see now that area rugs can only be returned within 30 days, just my luck I am a few days past the 30 days. We actually waited a week to open the rug as we purchased a pad at a local rug store before putting in dining area, so in actuality the rug has not been used 30 days. We have dark hard wood floors and there is ALWAYS fibers around the rug area. Please do not waste your money on this rug.

This huge rug came folded up - not rolled up! It still has creases and will not lay flat! More muted colors than I had thought. The nap on it looks very worn in places like it is shorter than the rest of the rug. Wouldn't recommend unless was marked down another 50%. If it looks used already, it will not last very many years under normal wear and tear.

The rug does shed, but it hasn't been vacuumed for the first time yet. Colors are true to the pictures.

This rug is amazing! Feels great. Colors are perfect. It sheds a lot at first but it's wool so that will happen.
