The pile is good, all wool. The initial shedding is a lot, but nice quality.

Very pretty colors, not too bright. It is good quality. Only issue is that it takes many, many vacuumings to get the loose lint/fuzz out.

This area rug was much more than I expected! It was a perfect fit for the area, the quality is wonderful, and the colors pulled my entire front room together. Note: We bought this two years ago and it still looks brand news. Great quality ... I love it!

Beware if you are looking for a true red. This is not. I found it to be more of a orange/rust. It is a very beautiful rug and I was so disappointed. I have other red area rugs that clashed with this color. I am going to try the wine/gold version and hopefully will be happier with it.

Absolutely Beautiful! Have it in the dining room. Shows no dirt marks even after dogs (3) run through it.Very thick carpet!Loved it so I ended up purchasing an 8x10 for the living room as well!

Met all my expectations

This rug is very high quality and true to color shown on the website. It is thick and soft and is nicest of all the Safavieh area rugs I have in the house because of the wool content. It did shed pretty well the first time I vacuumed it, but that was not a surprise. Kitty has now determined it to be one of her favorite lounging spots. Fast delivery and good price from Home Depot.

The rug looks wel My recently purchased area rug is thick and appears to be well made. I had actually hoped to buy the olive version, but it was not available in the size I needed. I was a little disappointed in the color as compared to the picture. The tan color has a bit of an orange tint and there is a lot of terra cotta in what I thought was a brown. That outside ring is mainly a light brown-kind of like chocolate milk- with a ring of that terra cotta color around it. I like the design and for what I need, this rug will work well.

This is truly a beautiful and well made rug - and for the price! It is ironic that I ended up returning it because the greens were just the wrong hue. The red is true to the photo - rich and vibrant.

I was hoping to find the crescent shaped hearth rug in charcoal to match our living room area rug, but these half circle rugs are hard to find! So came back to Home Depot where we got the area rug and who also had the best selection of crescent shaped hearth rags. The olive/gold looks great !
