I ordered this online since Home Depot doesn't stock much in the stores, and I liked the colours and pattern better than anything we could buy in store. The pile may be 0.5, but the rug is thin and not "plush" at all as described online. Stores should really care swatches of their area rugs so you can at least get an idea of what you're purchasing before placing an order. Instead, it took 2 weeks for the rug to arrive, and now I am probably going to return it and exchange for something softer and thicker.

Pile was advertised at 1/2" but it was lucky to be 1/8". Wanted to use as kitchen rugs but they were too thin and curled up on the edges a bit. We returned them immediately. Perhaps they would be good for other purposes, but they didn't suit ours!

Perfect size and color for our room.

Wonderful, the rug arrived several days early. Was in good condition. I had ordered the same carpet from another company and had one arrive horrible wrinkled, the second was flawed and the third was the wrong color. All this took months! Home Depot got it right the first time, and in about a week.

Soft and nice rug. Thought it was going to be more beige colored based on picture but overall satisfied.

It's not a thick/plush rug but the construction is solid. So long as you're planning on buying a rug pad, it's a good value. The rug is a typical light grey color. Not so much silver. 10'x14' rug measured exact.

Only 2 weeks after receiving this rug, our dog had to have surgery. After bringing him home, he bled a little on my new rug. Eek!! Lo, & behold, I was able to get the blood out quite effortlessly, & without any residual staining! Phew! Love my rug!

The rug is very soft, but is pretty thin which causes it to wrinkle under my dining room table.

I ordered online because the rug was a good price for a large runner but when it arrived it was not what I was expecting. The pattern and colors were not as crisp as the picture shows and it did not fit the space I had intended to use it in (my own fault for not measuring exactly.) I thought of keeping it for a different room but it wasn't quite long enough for the hallway either. I ended up returning it and making a different purchase. Overall, I feel it was a good value and quality but not exactly what I was hoping for. If it had fit in either space better I probably would have kept it despite being somewhat disappointed in the pattern/color.

If you're looking for a great looking rug, this one definitely meets the bill. It is a mixture of ivory & silver and looks beautiful, but the ivory background ensures that it will show dirt. One needs to also know that this is a lightweight rug. The pile is only .25" thick, and the edges are bound with thread. If the thread gets broken, it will unravel. That said, my grandson spilled red dye on it, and I was able to get it to wash out with little problem. Great rug for the price.

The area rug is what I expected from what I saw on line. It meets our needs very well.

I will be keeping this since it's a good price. But truth be told, the quality isn't great. Though the ends are finished, they are not rounded well, so this circle rug has rough edges. Also the print isn't as sharp as they show in the picture. Doesn't pop like I would have expected.

The rug is nice, soft to the feet. it is a good value.
