We needed 7” not 9” , we will return...
We needed 7” not 9” , we will return the nine inch and find the seven inch Brackets somewhere. If you have them, please advise.

It is good, but much lighter gauge then those I purchased 25 years ago. Although they are still compatible with the old double track standards I purchased in the day.

It had unnecessary bends on the top of the bracket...
It had unnecessary bends on the top of the bracket and the wiring shelf could not sit on it in a stable manner. Now I have to run back to Home depot to return it.

Unsecurable...
There is really no easy way to secure the boards (any boards) to the bracket. They give you two size screws in two lengths and if you're a master carpenter you may be able to figure out a way to grab an 1/8 inch of wood. I couldn't even get that far. I'm looking at some other (easier way) to simply keep them from sliding around since its not a kids room.

How do you attach the shelf to the bracket? Its not easy or maybe not possible at all. I had to return them because it just did not feel very sturdy, and also the boards are just low quality and the white laminating covering is so thin and peels off so fast. Not very happy.
