It's a faulty design.The brackets are not large enough to encompass the rod.You are supposed to mount the brackets on the wall + then install the curtain rod.If you follow directions you will tear the wall apart.It requires a significant amount of force to turn the brackets into position.Waste of $

Installed it in my motorhome just behind the front seat and hing drapes to keep the front cool when traveling. So far it looks like it might work.

If you need something that can hug the ceiling and draw easily then this is a good choice at a good price. Comes with all the hardware and is very easy to install. Secures very well to any surface. Very pleased with this product.

Was not designed very well was very hard to get middle bracket on scratched it up trying. After installed has not been too bad of a product but installation was not easy from poor design of brackets

Not difficult to assemble but not as easy as it appears. Wish there was more adjustability in the distance to the wall they barely clear the window frame.

easy fast installation, great performance, mega space saver! I only screw tracks directly to ceiling, no brackets, then hide track w/ thin trim. I replaced bulky folding closet doors with these instead with lightweight fabric panels, plus added another as a privacy screen for sofa bed sleeping.

The rod had enough additional support brackets to make it very sturdy for heavy curtains. It also had enough curtain hooks to properly hang curtains.

The rod is perfect and very easy to install. We mounted it on the ceiling and it only took a few minutes. We used the shorter ones in my grandson's room and this one in our kitchen. We are very happy with our purchase. For those of you who never used "ship to store", try it, you'll like it.

Love that there isn’t a center bracket so the curtain can be drawn back on one side. It is pretty light weight & probably would I t work for a heavier lined drapery Big negative was 2 rods ordered & only 1 received - Home Depot made me call the vendor directly. Vendor was great not HD service

We purchased two of these to hold a large, all weather curtain inside our screened in porch. They worked perfectly. We now have privacy when we use our hot tub. I would definitely purchase these again.

Used to close off the breakfast room to make it into a bedroom at night. Needed something longer/wider than a curtain rod. This was excellent! Easy to install, good instructions, all parts included.

I was looking for a rod to attach to the ceiling. While the description says yes, it still required a bracket at the wall. The rod itself was extremely flimsy and the little plastic clips looked like they would easily break. I returned with no problem. So glad Home Depot easily accepts returned items.

Works well with the hooks were metal and not plastic but it does what I need it to do.

We wanted a simple track for our curtains which will be all open or all closed. This works well, and I used curtain hooks in my panels, because they are heavier fabric. It took a minute to figure out that you need to use a flat head screwdriver to close the clip on the rod. Then it was very easy.

This was easily installed and I love the look! I used for my sliding glass door and clipped curtains on the clips! Looks fantastic. I would purchase again!

I bought this rod for mounting in a closet doorway opening, "ceiling" mount, in the wood frame. This was easy to install; while the materials seemed very lightweight it is solid, once installed. I will be ordering more! Note that the clips are probably not going to support a heavy curtain.

The curtain rod is fine, but the clips that came with it don't fit. The two pieces of of the clip that should hold the rod on either side of the track are welded together, so there is no way to fit the rod into the clip without bending the rod. If the two pieces were separate and just held together with a screw it would have been usable. I finally ended up just buying a different type of clip, but the middle one interferes with the track (so I can't slide the curtains all to one side). I should have saved some money and just bought a regular round curtain rod. Very, very disappointed. Would have sent it back but more trouble than it's worth at this point.

The rods are sturdy, look attractive, and work well.

I got this system because it attached to the ceiling. It looks good and seems to work fine. My only problem is that some of the clips are defective and I need extra. I also need extra "sliders". The quantity sent with the product is not enough and I'm not sure how to get more. If you think the amount sent for your project is enough, then you are good to go. Beware all clips may not function.

Worked great for my small mobile home slider door drapes. Silver finish is actually more like a brushed nickel finish. This was exactly what I was looking for!

Haven't had it up long using it to cover my closet instead of doors. My main complaint was the instructions. They could have been clearer. After minimal trial and error it finally went up and seems to work good. If you plan on installing it to ceiling extend rod before clamping down middle clamps. For some reason it came with 3 outside clamps and 2 inside clamps. There are only two ends to the track so I think it was a packing mistake. I didn't seem to need a 3rd inside clamp though. Seems to work good and I am happy with this product

The track mounts easily either to ceiling or to wall. Sliding components swivel so that it is easy to connect either the included jaw clips or drapery hooks. Only complaint is I wish it came with two batons instead of one.

Very sturdy and easy to hang! Highly recommend for patio doors!
