Colorado soil is very tight, I used a hose end sprayer to apply. Really hard to over apply that I can see. Best when applied with water and fertilizer at the same time to benefit.It seems to "break" the soil somewhat.

Helps lawns green up from summer heat stress.

Excellent product for brown patches in your lawn.

I did get the results that I expected. The summertime heat has really stressed my lawn. After to applications and much watering, I am not satisfied with the loss of color. This products stated a greener, thicker lawn but I am not starting to see any results.

Our grass never looked better! We apply it after every mowing.

The lawn was browning due to the heat. Applied Revive, watered it in like the directions say and within a day or two it was green again. Great product!

This product does a wonderful job of keeping my lawn green even keeping up with my 2 Great Danes. Without this product, I am sure the yard would look more like the moon.

I was happy to find this product, something that wasn't just wetting agent, but also contains beneficial humates + iron. I applied this with a hose-end sprayer and filled the container w/ 32 oz of Revive. I set the hose-end on the 8oz setting and applied per 1000 sq ft. Then watered in for 20 minutes to let the water sink down into the soil. I have severly compacted clay under my zoysia lawn and I really think this product is helping with water absorption and over time will break down my rock-hard clay soil to produce a more fertile, healthy soil. I plan on applying this every 3-4 weeks until the lawn goes dormant, then start again in April. I have seen the benefits of the lawn post-rain where it's obvious the water is penetrating the soil better and not just pooling on the surface and running off. I will incorporate Revive into my fertilization program and I'm confident by this time next year my soil will show huge improvements.

There could be better instructions in reference to mixing, couldn't get it right. Applied twice with no positive results. Had to go out and buy the granules which worked good in the past.
