Easy to install, love the self opening and closing.

I had this installed while I was having my new kitchen site-built. I gave my carpenter the dimensions, he built the cabinet into my new island and installed it. At first it was so hard to pull out I panicked. It was so costly. I told my carpenter it was pulling too hard and asked him to fiddle with the mechanisms. He made adjustments and then it was perfect. I also bought the lid which I really appreciate. I would call REVASHELF, folks, and ask for the way to adjust this. The easy-close is sooo nice when it works.

Well made, quality pull-out. Directions are not real easy to follow, but installed in less than an hour. Very pleased with item overall.

Everything is made well and very sturdy. I'm sure it will last for a very long time. The only gripe I have are the instructions, which are hard to understand and there isn't a youtube video from the company. There are other videos, but none for this type. One other thing to note, is that the shock absorber is fairly strong, and you will need a handle to open the cabinet. Not a bad thing, just an FYI.

I love this product !! I compared other products on this site, as well as other sites. I am glad I chose this product for it's sturdy wood construction & quiet close feature. The price is a bit to swallow, however it is well worth it when you think how much an add-on like this is in a custom kitchen remodel costs. It did take me some time to install, but I am a handy housewife, not a professional cabinet maker. I would buy this product again.

I like the design and the looks of this very sturdy trash can receptacle. Of course for 280 bucks, it had better be nice... One of my only complaints is that the gas closer on the drawer makes it nearly impossible to open. It takes a very significant amount of effort to get the thing to open. My kids and wife can't really open the thing. At this point I'm not going to take it back, but instead take the gas strut off and just let it roll on the bearing. For the price I paid I wish I had gotten something that was operable.
