The media console is beautiful and is perfect for my 50" tv. The only negative is the fireplace makes a humming sound when the heat is turned on. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

The unit arrived with imperfections of the finish in 2 places, also it's built out of MDF no wood anywhere, the fireplace works all the functions but the is a rhythmic bang when it is on, it looks fine as a unit but not sure if this is going to last too long

Love it. It’s solid wood and solid build. It has ambiance and warms the room (if we have the heater on). Assembly was not too difficult but we did have to screw a few screws (self-tapping, no pre drilling needed). Chestnut is darker than pictures. Shelves are too low for books if using 2.

Looks perfect and very easy to assemble. The flame look is nicely adjustable and is one of the best for an electric one. Heat generation is separate from the flames so you can enjoy the flames in the evening even with your A/C running or turn on the heat and turn off the bright flames when you want to sleep. Heat generation is very quiet.The price wasn't bad either. It fits great under my 65" Samsung. It arrived in store quickly, a couple of days earlier than delivery date and Home depot was very helpful in holding it for a few days and then helped with loading it in my truck. I am very happy with this purchase.
