Couple hours of use, then nothing
After one season of little use, device will no longer start. Power on trips the in line breaker. Disassembled, cleaned, checked capacitors, motor turned by hand (was stiff at first, then easy), reassembled. Same failure. Two other electric circuits tested. Failure.

So far after one project it did a solid job on the cleaning of the concrete patio & I was impressed. Easy set up and happy with ease of use. As feedback from others suggested I did have to use the pin on the surface cleaner disc to clear out the jets half way through as I noticed swirl marks in the concrete. Once I did that it was back in business. I’ll be using it for other projects this summer so I’ll see how it handles those.

Could be better
The pressure washer is easy to unbox and assemble. Just the handle bar, 2 tires. Simple. For the space though, it is not enough power. You can see in the photo, I used the surface cleaner, it leaves lines. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend this.

Lacking
When I open the box not all of the fastening equipment available in the package. Missing one washer. two hitch pans, and a screw. What happened to the quality control in the packing. Difficult to use this unit without the wheels

disapppointed as king term ryobi customer
Eliminated core features and increases price to increase profits. My last ryobi after 15 year customer. Eliminted a tip holder, halfcraft accessory holder, no power cord storage except little strap for both power and spray hose. Pain. Hose half the quality of the prior braided hose. The Mighty Clean Champ - Ryobi RY142500
I recently purchased the Ryobi RY142500, and it's been a game-changer for my pressure washing needs. It's a breeze to set up and I was washing in no time. Clocking in at 2,300-PSI, its power obliterates caked-on dirt and grime from my driveway and deck like a champ. The convenience of the electric start is a definite upgrade from the gas models I've owned in the past - no fumes, no fuss. The design is well thought out with built-in storage for nozzles and hose.

Do not buy
Wife got this for me for Christmas. First use in April after about 15min, the machine basically exploded and the start button shot into the air. It’s been a nightmare trying to get it fixed as I am past the return period, save your money and get a more reliable brand

Engine blew out after approximately 8 minutes of use. For the 8 minutes it worked, it was below average from a power standpoint for typical household applications.

Power Washer Won't Start
I have had this power washer a little over a year and have used it less than 10 times. It worked fine, until all of a sudden I can't get power to it and the gfci doesn't work. Ryobi said I have to take it to a warranty repair center, but the closest one is over 200 miles away. I am going to trash this thing rather than make 2 trips to drop it off and pick it up. Before I buy a different brand, I will check to see if there is a nearby repair shop.

there is no curbside service. I bought at 4:30PM, closed at 6 PM.Got plenty of Time, wrong! , no notice, just closed. 5:45, no notice, just closed. order us cancelled, go someplace else.

The product is light to lift (not weightless) and move around tough spaces. The setup took about 5 minutes. What is love about the product is its simplicity. Being electric, I could literally run it inside closed spaces like garage without having to worry about exhaust related pollution. The nozzles are quite decent. The yellow one I used it on my deck is soft to touch. But the nozzle that is meant for concretes, mean business. I used it on my walk out stairs from basement and it removed the years of algae growth as if its nothing. The force is relevant to the application. One thing I would have loved with the product is to have some capability to show the user on mindful use of water while cleaning, meaning, the total gallons of water spent during every wash. But I am happy with the quality for the price I paid for.

The pins that secure the wheels were very hard to insert in the designated holes behind the wheels and the hole for the pop out pin in the left side of the handle is slightly higher than the pin, so it won’t secure the handle on the left side.

Has worked great this far and has far more consistent pressure than my gasoline pressure washer. It is also significantly quieter which makes it much more enjoyable to use.
