Great Glue
Reasonable price. Good Tack vs work time. Great hold. Easy clean up. What else can be said for carpet glue. If I had a negative thing to say it would be the smell but it's not perfume is it. I wouldn't sacrifice the other characteristics for this. Used it on my boat glued to aluminum and wood surfaces. There u go!

Non-solvent Adhesive
I have a strip of carpet on the wall of my garage as a car door bump protector. It was coming loose at the corners, so I bought Roberts 6700 to re-glue the carpet to the wall. I only needed a small quantity, so I was glad this product was available. It worked like a charm.

Doesnt dry on artficial turf after 3 days. Cant wait for rain to help it ruin my turf so now i have to figure out how to remove it!

Roberts understands installing a new outdoor floor covering can be challenging. Here are some key product usage points regarding the 6700 adhesive that may improve performance and satisfaction. During the installation process- Ensure the substrate is dry, clean free of contaminates (old adhesives, dirt, oil, paint etc.) Do not install outdoors if rain is expected 24 hours before or after installation. Choose the appropriate trowel size for flooring and substrate. Ensure the appropriate Open Time is observed during installation. Once the adhesive is applied to the substrate, the adhesive field will need to stand open for approximately 20 minutes prior to the carpet entering the adhesive field. This process ensures the adhesive builds bond strength and promotes/completes the curing process over the next 24 hours.
