If in case that the Home Depot store you went to doesn't have the part you are looking for in stock, you may place an order through the Home Depot's customer/pro desk via special order and when the item arrived in the store you just need to pick it up. Moreover, we do not have control on how Home Depot stores stock parts and accessories for our vacuum, it depends if they will order the parts and put it on their shelves.
