I purchased this mop to replace an older model that I used for a long time until the handle rusted off, seems to happen a lot with these. I loved the older model so got another one. I used this mop one time and it worked as expected. The second time I used it it failed to wring out properly, it's like the mop got twisted somehow, and only half of it now wrings out, making it useless. I've tried to figure out the problem but can't solve it. I wish Quickie would make ONE model of these twist mops that doesn't rust out and has a head that is easy to remove and replace. Seems like companies these days make a great product that lasts, and then realize they make more money off of products that quickly break.

This is a wonderful mop. Allows you to wring the head without putting your hands in the water. Cleans really well. You can also wash the mop head in the washing machine. The only downside is the the top of the handle rusted off after a year. Took pictures of what was left, but had already thrown out the upper handle. I ordered another mop because I loved the way it cleaned.

This is not the first time we bought these mops and LOVED them, but this shipment is not the same. We could not get the strings to untangle and already broke the first one from this shipment so this was money down the drain. The next one we finally got to work, and found the mop part was not put on the handle properly. We hope this one will last. We did contact the Manufacture directly but they never got back to us even though they did indicate they got our complaint.

best microfiber twist mop... EVER! I hate that they are hard to find... but once I do find them... I buy a bunch! We use them at our dog/cat rescue! Only con... is that because we use them so much... they wear out quickly... but I still wouldn't buy any other... and I've tried every brand out there.

Best mop I have ever owned.

I DID'T HAVE TO WRING THE MOP TO USE AND THAT WAS OK WITH ME.

I had exactly the same problem with this mop as the previous reviewer only I never even got to use it. I took it out of the bag and the mop was all twisted. There were strayed ends of some kind and strings wrapped around the inside of the mop. What is so hard about manufacturing a simple mop? It is not, as they say, "rocket science." They can make Smart phones, but a mop is too complicated? Whoever can make a good durable mop that actually works will have great success. Unfortunately, Quickie has not done so. Please give us a mop that works and is easy to use. Also, don't put inferior products on the market.

Best mop ever. You can take of the head and wash it in the washer.

Own a cleaning service and these mops are all we use. Washable heads and light weight make these great. Go out and get you some...Lamont@Maid to please..Plano Tx

The reason for this score is because one of them was not good broke other wise I would give it a 5 star and I always buy them but not satisfied with one of them

A bit difficult to figure out at first but it does the job. Still don't know how to remove for cleaning though. Should have more instructions.

i love it. and the mop head is washable.

The only mop I will use. Gave one to my daughter and she feels the same way. Perfect to remove excess water from the mop before use and also has a small scrubber on the bottom.

I have been cleaning for nearly 33 years as a housekeeper and this is the only mop I use. They work great on every type floor, also on the baseboards​ which is convenient. The other reason I use them is because they don't scrape cabinets as you go under them. Best is can use super hot water since they are self wringing. Neat designed.

I Love this mop it's easy to use, you don't have to get your hands wet. It's great

This is a great mop! I love it and my housekeeper loves it too. Very glad HD is carrying this model quickie mop. I bought one a few years ago and it lasted for years of hard use. Other models of the quickie mop are poorly made and don't do the job. This one is a keeper!
