I have seen this same fixture in high end model homes and decorator magazines, but I'm sure they cost several time more than the one I purchased here at Home Depot! Beautiful fixture at a great price!

This light looks so much better than the old brass monster we had. Hanging was a bit tough with the way you had to run the wires though the post and then screw the whole thing together.

I had been searching everywhere for the perfect foyer light - first went online and then several stores and almost gave up when I went into Home Depot and saw it displayed and knew this was the one I have been searching for. I like the idea it doesn't have the glass so I could replace the bulbs easily. The price is great (most foyer lights cost a lot more) so I bought this light fixture to replace my older one and it is perfect -- it is the perfect size and with the 4 - 60 watt bulbs (I bought the GE crystal clear double life bulbs) the light even lights up part of my living room which works great when I have my book club here. The only problem was the installation of the chain which took almost an hour to put this fixture up but it looks beautiful so I am very happy. Fortunately I had someone else put it up so I am just reaping the benefits.

My husband and I are very happy with this light. It was fairly easy to install. We hung it close to the ceiling over our kitchen table. I was looking for a smaller light fixture that gave a lot off a lot of light. Everyone who sees it loves it.

The product was delivered very quickly and was exactly as I imagined. The installation was difficult and took some time, but my husband was able to do it himself. He is extremely handy so this might be hard for someone who is not. Overall, the look is perfect for our hallway - high ceiling with staircase. And it gives off great light too!

I searched for lantern lights to go over my island. Everything I saw was very expensive. I needed 3 over my island, and paying $300+ apiece was not an option. I ordered these, and received them promptly. My husband (who is not an electrician) installed them without a problem. Stringing the wires through the chain was the only thing that took a little time on the 1st one. Once we knew how long the cord needed to be, we cut the cord prior to running it through the chain on the other two which made it much easier! You will only need 25 watt bulbs! It is very bright (and was blinding when I put the 40W bulbs in at first!) These lights are a great update at an exceptional price! They are well-made. Would highly recommend them.

Light fixture looks great. No glass to clean, yeah! So it will be easy to maintain and maintain a classic style and look that will not go out of style.

Love the way this looks in our house! This was the perfect balance to an otherwise neutral kitchen. It adds just the right amount of rustic old world charm. I also love the fact that since it doesn't have any glass covering, that I don't have to dust it or look at fingerprints on it. I put two of these over an island, and it adds just enough interest without being over the top. So happy with my purchase, and pretty inexpensive too.

Hung two of these over my island and love the size and appearance. Love that there is no glass to clean. My neighbor loved so much she did the same at her house. Highly recommend for above an island.

I'm so happy with this product, I purchased two lights to place over our kitchen island. They are beautiful and give a very classic look to our home. They also nicely compliment the light over our kitchen table. These lights are heavy and very well made. I love the fact that there is no glass to clean, I just dust and go! They will compliment any area of a home. I would definetly recommend these lights.

No glass to clean. Sturdy structure. Lots of light!!! Installation instructions are a little vague but still easy to install.
