Just bought this product and I am very very disappointed. Just opened it out of the box (which was very well packed) and it has touch ups on it, right in the middle. I cannot believe you sell a $600 product as a brand new with touch ups on it. The quality of the product is very poor and there is no quality control on this company. I understand if they didn't see the defect, but seeing it and doing a touch up and selling it as brand new is totally disrespectful, like they do not give a dime on their customers. I would give them zero stars if possible. Shame. I will never buy again from them and never recommend this brand. I will let all my friends know not to buy from them. And for Home Depot: I can't believe you work with such unprofessional company

Beyond expectations. I put it by myself with the help of my 8 year old daughter just for her to hold it while I screw it in place. Easy peasy. Watch the you tube video on how to install

Relatively easy to put on fireplace. Directions were very clear. The door itself is beautiful, and really fits with the brick. It is perfect!

Package was received in good condition and well packed. Upon unwrapping and removing the fire place insert I noticed a few scratches on the front door that appeared to have been repaired by a sharpie. The item doesn’t appear to have been opened and returned so I can only imagine that this passed quality control... Needless to say it looks horrible and I will be returning.

Fireplace doors were just as described. Installing was fairly easy . Everything needed for installation was included. Very happy with overall look and functionality.

Beautiful! Well made, sturdy. Really improved the look of the fireplace and cut the drafts. It actually improved the draw and we don't have as much down draft as before Definitely a good purchase!

I was very pleased with the quality in craftsmanship on this unit. It arrived without any blemishes, or missing parts, and within the specified shipping window. It was a breeze to install with the included hardware, which was a concern since the fireplace opening used steel rebar instead of a lentil for the opening's support. Many compliments have been received on the new retrofit, so that's always a good start. The fireplace has a tendency to allow some smoke to enter the house when smoldering. Now I can just close the doors to prevent that from happening, even though the company states in all caps that the doors should never be closed during a fire. Use your judgement. If the screen is not hot while the fire is going, then the doors can likely be closed without damage to the glass windows. It's worked perfectly.

Very good quality finish and sturdy construction, price is decent. My favorite feature is that the doors open 180 degrees and the screen is solid. I used this product to replace an older door with flexible screen that I dislike because it used to get stuck. The only low is that the color is way darker than the advertised product. The door was first installed as per the instructions and the tile worked around it, otherwise it wouldn't cover the gaps.

This fireplace screen went way past my expectations. Its not only beautiful, but a perfect fit. The price was very reasonable.

This is just what I was looking for! I've lived with an open fireplace for years and wanted something elegant to fill in the large hole. Extremely fast shipping and it was protected so well due to packing. My husband said the step by step instructions were elementary style easy and he had it installed in less than 15 minutes. Depending on how the light hits it, sometimes it appears darker than what I had originally wanted but it is beautiful anyway. Home Depot has a winner in this one!

Needed to replace our fireplace door and was searching for an old world look. Seen many online and decided on the Fenwick from HomeDepot. Ordered it and it came within days. Very impressive. Product was as described. Quality product. Easy to install. Looks great on our fireplace. The color is definately darker then advertised but as others had mentioned that in their reviews we got what we expected. Glad we didn't go with the black.

I love my glass door color is perfect for my living room. The only problem is the size is no right, they live a little gap in the sides.

Looks nice, but a challenge to install for my type of fireplace. The top anchors had to be modified to fit my lentil bar. The bottom anchors would not properly secure the corners because the fireplace door is not supported by a hearth, so I created support "feet" made from two pieces of angle iron, one in each corner, which were drilled and bolted to the door, and screwed to the firebox floor to secure the door in place and supporting the door's weight. The insulation in the sides tends to fall out the bottom, so I doubled the insulation at the top to make it a tighter fit at the top corners of both sides of the frame. The door would have been easier to install if my fireplace had a hearth to support the weight of the door. Overall, the door looks great, is well constructed, and the doors and screens operate well.

Products made very well. Easy to install. I would recommend this product to anyone in need of fireplace doors. However, I do not know how to keep insulation against fireplace frame.
