this umbrella was a complete waste of money. have used for barely 1 yr. and the canopy has completely separated from the frame... one edge tore, plus the canopy fabric is attached to the ribs with only small aluminum crimps -- all of which have now fallen off. umbrella was stored in garage when not in use, and was not left extended during high winds. truly worthless.

This umbrella only has one flaw, at least for me, I ordered it because of the beautiful bright pattern and it matched the cushions I have, but the pole is a dark bronze/brown color. For summer time??? It looks wierd on this bright pattern....it needed a plain aluminum look or a white....not bronze with bright blues, yellows and reds!!! Otherwise, great quality and so so price.

features and looks are a positive. Quality is poor. It comes apart where the fabric is attatched to the ribs. I have repaired it three times after very slight winds. It broke the first day, then again the next day and then 2 weeks later. I have now purchased a different brand.

I was disappointed in the quality of the fabric used on the umbrella. The edges are very frayed and the fabric too light.

This was a great umbrella and perfectly matched my needs. It was easy to assemble, looks great and has withstood one pretty major storm. The umbrella is bigger than stated by about a foot when opened and you MUST have a stand which is not included.

The umbrella is well made, sturdy, and a great price for one this size. Couldn't be happier!

I ordered this in the Chili Leaves pattern and it is very nice. It looks like it should be much more expensive. I hope the fabric stays vibrant after a summer of Denver sunshine.

Easy to operate, looks great. I am very happy with the material and the color.

Purchased the umbrella three weeks ago. First time the the wind blew, three of the ribs pulled away from the fabric. Some light tearing was noted. Tried to make repairs. Does not appear it will hold. My old umbrella lasted six (6) years. It was replaced because of color fading. No damage ever occurred in much stronger winds. I would not recommend purchasing this particular model.

Customer service was great. Received product very quickly adn in great shape.

The umbrella is useless because it will not stay attached to the spokes and flaps all over the place.

Like the umbrella however we can't figure out how to use the tilt feature.

Bought 3 of these along with 3 of the chili pepper umbrellas. The fabric on these was easily snagged and on umbrella came apart from the top after about one month of use. However, they are around an HOA pool, so not sure if the residents had something to do with that.

I LIKE THE LOOK OF THE UMBRELLA BUT NOT VERY STURDY. END CAPS CAME OFF WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK AND ONE OF THE RODS BENT. SQUEAKS AND SOMETIME STICKS WHEN OPENING AND CLOSING.

I purchased it in Chili Stripe - everything else on the deck blends well with it. Seems very sturdy and I love how it tilts. Great value for the price!

Vibrant colors, weather resistant and ease of use make this umbrella perfect for a back yard accent. Great buy for a quality patio umbrella.

The four umbrellas purchased were made very poorly. Instead of the umbreallas attaching to the end of the metal rods, there were clips holding the umbrellas to the rods, these clips were not clamped on properly and some umbrellas were missing them all together. These were not as sturdy as our previous purchases. As an HOA we had ordered 8 Plantation Bays Umbrellas 5 years prior, we still had 4 working this year. I ordered 4 more this year and the 4 I ordered fell apart, in less than 45 days and became unuseable. Meanwhile the original 4 purchased 5 years ago are still holding up.

Beautiful fabric, but the mechanism that opens and closes the umbrella is very stiff and jerky.

Excellent quality for the price paid. Needed a 7-8 ft model for the space we have and the choice is quite limited when compared to the 9ft range so was glad to find this more than acceptable product.

this broke within a month of ownership. the metal brackets on the bottom bent when it got windy. also the stitching around the outside of the umbrella was coming apart when i returned it. also the umbrella would not go down once the metal piece broke under the umbrella.

I bought the whole product line of this pattern. It is very stricking when seen altogether. However, it does not dry as fast as I would like. The material is not as strong as I would have it to be. All in all, my terrace looks fabulous.

I wanted a colorful umbrella for my set of white wicker furniture. This was just the thing. It is plenty big for the table, it has a tilt, which is needed for its location on our deck. It has been rained on a few times and it has stood up to the weather. I just got it so I don't how it will stand up to the constant hot sun we get on our deck.

This umbrella fits my table perfectly (which was also bought at Home Depot several years ago) and looks great on the patio. I also purchased the matching seat cushions for my chairs. I received many compliments from my neighbors and friends. It's the best looking patio on the block if I do say so myself :)

It's 7.5 size appears larger than last year's 7.5.It may be because it seems taller. The tilt feature gave problems in tilting until we figured out that the press to tilt button does not automatically pop back out when in position of tilt. There was a lock that had to be pushed in on opposite side.Also if you are a short woman 5'2" ,it is quite heavy and high to push it into desired tilt position.. Since I won't be tilting it too often I decided to go ahead and buy it. I thought as advertised on internet it would be multistriped as the px. It came in colors more desirable for me.This also played into my keeping it.

whoever is doing quality control goofed on this one. as soon as I opened the box, pull marks in the material were clearly visible.

This was a really pretty umbrella, but durability and stability not very good. One of the pins that holds the flaps has already come loose, it's somewhat wobbly and I have only had this umbrella about a month. Would expect a little more for the price.

This umbrella fitted my need for replacing my old one that was so worn out after years.The fabric seems very good with rain and wind. Nice and sturdy.
