Very cheap looking. Sorry I bought them.

We like the look and the coverage of the blind very much. Opening and closing them is very difficult when turning the wand.We have other blinds we purchased through the store recen and they work well. These are very poor. We feel we should return them for new ones to see if they would work better.

One problem. The wand mechanism on one of the blinds was not working. I got in touch with the manufacturer and he sent me a replacement part, called me via Facetime and demonstrated the proper way to repair the issue. It took all of five minutes and it was done.

Easy to install.works as it should.

Slats bend downwards, wand to lift increase or decrease slats openings inferior (squeaks, cracking sound, appears weak). but most of all the bends in the slats totally unacceptable. Would never recommend these blinds to anyone or for that matter, any HD product.

Beautiful and love how they look and they work well to keep sun out...if installing inside of window - order atleast 1/2 an inch smaller... worked perfect for me.instructions are a lil vague especially about cover for front of blinds... make sure to place clips in before securing into place.

Upon opening the box, a smell like gas emitted from the box. Even after the blinds were hung, for days every time you entered the room the smell was prevalent. The smell never went away. Also the blinds sagged in the center.

Easy to install, good color, looks great!

The blinds had to be shortened to fit the window. This was a fairly simple task if a person has done this previously. The anchors for securing the bottom of the blinds are basically worthless. Not sure if safety is the factor or price. Not entirely pleased with the way the blinds hang as they allow light to filter in through the gaps at the top. I do believe that the 'faux wood' will be less likely to be damaged by the occasional moisture that collects at this window. Overall, privacy and shade for the window is accomplished.

Looks very nice in our front windows of the house. Installation was kind of a pain but overall a nice product.

They look very rich. Installation was quite simple, maybe 15 minutes. And, once I installed them, they cut the summer heat in a west facing sunroom by 15 - 20 degrees! What more do you want?

The picture on the website was not the blinds I received. In the picture it shows a four string blind, the ones I received have only three, which creates a sag in the middle due to not having an even amount of weight distribution.

Very easy to install. The temperature in my sun porch has dropped 20 degrees since I installed these!

Good product overall, but wand was broken when box arrived. Home Depot didn’t show a replacement wand or part online, so we ended up buying a wand from elsewhere.

Home Depot was great in helping us order these and get them measured and installed (they provide this service if if your blinds are not custom ordered for $160 total) Once blinds were installed, about half of them work really well and the other half are just ok or have little glitches- for example some are harder to pull down (more tension) and some are harder to turn- seems like the rod is too tight against the top panel. I'm not sure if this was from the installation or from the blinds them self. Other than that, for the price, we are happy with the product- at first, I thought they may look cheapy, but they add so much warmth and richness to our home!

The blinds were pulled up to the head rail so tightly it was very difficult to get the 'lock' to release the string and let the blinds down. You have to pull on the string and pull down on the blinds at the same time to get them to lower. Otherwise, they're fine.

The assembly was easy with a perfect fit. Nice facelift to the bathroom.

Had the blind professionally installed co-worker tried to lift it up and the handrail snapped bringing it crashing down. Apparently to heavy to be lifted by the cord without cracking it. Returned to store.

If you can get the ones that do not have the lifting strings they are better. These are the old design and should only be used where you will not be lifting them.

HD said to order them actual width of window, mfg would make them to fit. They didn’t, I had to hang outside of casing. They look fine but definitely not what I wanted.

The shades fit and I really like the looks of them. The only reason I am a bit disappointed is that I prefer a drawstring to open and close and these shades have a wand, which makes the opening and closing a bit more difficult.

Based on the description and price we replaced 3 sets of wooden blinds. Love the color, but oddly, the slats do not fully close so you can see outside with the blind “closed”. I have purchase many window coverings of the years but never encountered this problem. Have already purchased replacements and intend to return these.
