The balusters are just what I wanted. However, about six weeks after I ordered them, I had not been notified that they were ready for pickup. I went to the store and inquired. After researching, the assistant told me that they had been damaged and lost during shipment. She said they would be ordered again. A few days later, after receiving an email notifying me of the shipment, i noticed that only one box was ordered. I went to the store again and notified them that my purchase had been for 13 boxes. The assistant ordered the remaining 12 boxes for me. I should not have had to go to store either time. Once the item was damaged, the item should have been reordered, and at the proper amount.

They did not come with enough hardware. I now have to wait for it to come in before I can bill the customer. Quite annoyed

They were just what I wanted, and needed.. easy Install,, Clean looks!Although price is per 5 pack, I ordered 90 of them,, and they shipped directly from manufacturer, as a Bulk Set.Will Order more,, if I ever do another Deck!

Installed 140 of these aluminum face mount balusters on my existing deck railings after removing old wooden 2X2s. Much more updated and stylish looking. Very quick delivery.

They were what they were supposed to be. Worked the way I thought they would.

The product arrived before the scheduled date, which was helpful. All hardware was included in the box for attaching the balusters. It looks so nice we are planning to redo another deck on the house to match.

This worked out great and shipping was fast. The deck rail turned to be my wife's favorite park of the deck remodel.

These balusters were easy to install. I liked that I could be creative and install them at different widths to make a special pattern.

Good product looks really nice and clean, could be a little thicker gauge material so they dont dent as easy when screwing them on!

Pretty basic item. Look as you would expect. They install easily (requires square bit). They are hollow aluminum so do not have lateral strength and I can see they would get bent easily, so get some extras for future replacement. Wife thinks they look great and they are a lot less hassle than using wood. Some of the plugs kept falling out, so I just quit using them. SInce they are aluminum I don't really need to have them sealed, any moisture can just run out the bottom.

These rails come in sleeves for each rail so there were no nicks or scratches during shipment. They look great on the deck. Very easy to install. They are everything that the manufacture said they were. Great product and I would buy again. I highly recommend this product.

Layout recommendations by the manufacturer need to be paid attenion too! product looks and worked out great. A nice upgrade to our deck.

Easy to install . Kind of pricey but knowing you just wipe off to clean . No more staining every few years is worth the price
