Must know a little bit about wire routing or understand a wiring diagram but a $10 part is better than calling an AC expert and paying $300

Good quality part at a great price - I just wish they had more availability. I am in Florida - this part was in California. So you can't use Home Depot as a resource for capacitors or motors - the most common points of failure in HVAC systems. So you can't use Home Depot for same day repairs. You must plan ahead to use Home Depot. The local appliance parts store charges 4X the Home Depot part and almost 2X for the motors.

Great price and just what I wanted.

Replaced start run dual capacitor for air conditioning compressor because fan motor was not always starting. This solved the problem. Fan motor also runs .uch quieter with the new capacitor.

This is Packard Titan Pro, good quality cap. I had bought this particular brand in the past and had no issue so far. Home Depot has one of the best prices for these. Wish they stock them in the stores, as local HVAC stores always rip you off for HVAC components.

1/3 the price of the local parts dealer, for the same part.

This capacitor arrived quickly and worked fine to get my A/C working again. It is made by Packard, so I'm sure it's high quality and will last.

AC Unit on my Lennox stopped working, googled it online and found out its the capacitor, I agree it would be nice to have this in store @ Homedepot, but I can see why they wouldn't carry a part like this. I still liked that I can order it and ship it to my local store or have it delivered to my house. Part was easy to install, less then 5mins. Keep track of the cables you unplug from the old one, use a masking tape and Sharpie to label each cable, only three cables to worry about. The capacitor is labeled with FAN, HERM and "C" on each connector. AC works now and is cooling the house. Thanks Home Depot for the great price on this item.

These occasionally go bad on outside A/C compressor unit. Fan did not spin on mine unless flipped with a stick through the grill. Fit perfect and less than 1/5th the cost of factory one.

Quality product for the fraction of the price in the other stores.
