We did not want a salt-based water softener. Our unit operational for about a month now, and we are already noticing some descaling on fixtures, and noticeable decrease in white spotting, and the spots tend to just wipe off. No change in taste, and no soapy feel. Our water is quite hard (source is well water) We're satisfied.

We have had the system installed for over a month. The amount of sudsing we get from both soap and shampoo is just right. Being on well water in SE Idaho we have exceptional water for drinking but a softener is a must for washing and bathing. And our new Presby septic system does not allow water from a salt based softener. The Pelican system is perfect.

I bought this three months ago to replace a salt based water softener. The taste of the water is now superb and the ice cubes are much clearer.

I bought the NS-6 last month. I installed it downstream of my house inlet valve, it was very easy to install and takes up very little room. The system is located in my garage and looks great. I followed the directions included for start up and charging the system. So far I can really tell the difference with the soft water, softer towels and no more itchy skin! I Love it!!

Hello: I could not be more pleased with this system. Our water has had a significant improvement. My wife's hair was softer and easy to brush. Our clothes were much softer and smell better. the dryer even takes less time to dry our clothes. Now if it last as long as advertised, I would say this is a fantastic product. I should also say that when it arrived it was missing the mounting bracket for the house filter. But I only had to jump through one hoop to get it delivered.

What a difference from a salt water softener! Love it...

Great filter with easy installation. We purchased a NS6 for a customer who loves it. Would definitely recommend to future customers.

I purchased the whole house conditioner on the recommendation of a friend. I'm pretty "handy" so it was easy to install even in a tight location; after gathering fittings it took about a hour. The "jury is still out" on how much water spotting and scaling is reduced, but I do notice the glass shower does clean easier. The dish washer spotting is virtually eliminated, so that's a good sign.

I had to have a Plummer install it because our house was fitted with a previous system, BUT, so far I love the system. Lots of water pressure and no issues with multiple showers/dishwasher going. Long run this will be a fraction of the price of the tanks that were being replaced twice a month by a service and the water so far feels great.

Warning, this is not a real water softener. This is only a Water Conditioner, and does not remove calcium from the system. The product is miss-labeled and the vendor website does not make this point transparent at all.

Easy ordering. Customer service very responsive to all of our questions while trying to decide. We have had it a couple months now. Works great. Easy to install (order the install kit with it). Looks very nice. Takes up so much less room than our old water softener. Love that there is no salt!

The unit was delivered without all the components. I was unable to install it, or resolve the issue with digital sales support. This left me with returning it to the store for a credit.

They had to replace my original tank because of a leak, the customer service was really good. The system is working great very happy with it. I highly recommend it and the company.

Great system for less price compared to salt system. No salt needed just an inexpensive pre-filter to change out every 6-9 months. No drain or electricity needed.

This is an amazing water softener. Being pregnant and having little ones under the age of 2 means that I don't have time to mess around with salt and brine with the water softener we used to have. I was so tired of buying and lugging around salt and having to worry about levels, I asked my husband to find a better solution. He did a ton of research and talked to our builder and neighbors. This systems was recommended hands down, so we bought it and installed it the day it arrived. IT IS AWESOME! First, no more messing with salt and wasting time. Second, I don't even have to change the softening stuff inside the tank, ever and it's natural, which is great for our family. Third, this works WAY better than our old, salt softener did. I can absolutely tell the difference in my skin and hair. I can even feel the difference when I'm bathing my children and wash their hair or lather them with soap. It just feels better, not slippery or slimy. It is a superior system and I recommend it to everyone. Also make sure to buy the install kit so you can install at home without having to run out and get a bunch of parts and stuff. It took my husband less than 20 minutes to get this this bad boy in and up and running. He's not super handy, so if he can do it, you can too.

Very easy installation, no mayor space require A+++

This was a replacement for my salt system. It doesn't add salt to your water and makes the water more usable for a whole house system.one tank instead of two saved me space. I feel the benefits make it a desirable choice in water softeners.
