Crawlspace encapsulation, put this up inside on cinder block walls with concrete screws with washers, because I pulled out fiberglass from flooring due to molding. Board comes scored but still needed a long sturdy serrated knife for easy cutting. Spray foam with gun at seams, gaps and holes. Gun with upright can doesn’t fit for many areas, so some tubing was attached to help.

This stuff is great for all kinds of uses. For mobile insulation applications or large surfaces, this is pretty much the only way to go aside from spray in. As a tip, solvent based adhesives will eat through this, so be careful if you want to glue it. Capped roofing nails work really well though. I've also used it as a large sacrificial plate when breaking down sheet goods with a circular saw. It's also good as a top/bottom plate when hauling delicate materials that need strapped down.

Used this on our basement walls and it made a big difference in how cold this room was! Huge improvement

It is easy to cut and easy to work with, you don't have to use foamboard adhesive, most general construction adhesive works just fine. You'll have to find a way to keep it pressed onto the wall while it cures. I used a 2x4 at the seams and another leaned against it to hold it onto the wall. I didn't want to drill holes in the brick.

I used it to build an 8'X8'X4' to house my wife's plants during the Winter. It has an oil filled heater to keep the plants warm and now freezing is no longer a problem.

Used as insulation between 2'x4' joists over raised floor above concrete slab.

It was used for making a insulated box going in the the attic above the pull down door. We cut it to size, used Elmer 's glue, for stability added iong nails, then taped edges with silver metal tape, the type you pull the paper backing off very sticky and strong. For that project Foamular 2" was perfect.

Great insulation for temperature and sound, light weight and easy to install.

I had an idea of building a home studio and it seemed like the least expensive way to do it was with the foam board. I'd never worked with this material before but found it easy to cut with the proper tool and I'm putting the finishing touches on my home studio now.

Excelent Product,very Practical

I purchased this product because I had a window removed in my home office. I need good insulation that stops air leaks (Midwest, Hello!) and moisture. Plus sound. This stuff is easy to work with and fits the bill. My only problem was the original sized was wrong. I ordered half pieces, roughly 48 inches and got eight foot boards. Had to split them in the parking lot to fit in my Toyota Camry. I love this stuff.
