I'm new to juicing and I bought this a few weeks ago. It's easy to use, easy to clean. I have no complaints about the noise level. It doesn't seem to like celery or kale a whole lot so I try to help it by mixing in harder veggies like carrots to help push it through. I would recommend investing in a strainer because there's a moderate amount of pulp. Overall, I love it and am glad I finally made this purchase.

I'm going on my 2nd year with this juicer and it is a workhorse. It processes food quickly and efficiently. I use lots of carrots, cabbage, kale, beets, ginger, lemon, and lettuce. It takes no time at all to clean. The only two things I can say that may be worth thinking about when choosing models is when using leafy stuff like spinach and Kale, the fibrous strands sometimes stick in the exit chute. This can be resolved by cutting the greens cross wise to keep the strands from getting too long (alleviates problem). Also, the screen broke on me, but Omega sent me one in the mail. Customer service is great!

This juicer is a one of a kind. I like the speed, I love the quality and quantity of the juice. The pulp is dry which makes me know this juice works as it should. If I didn't have this juicer I wouldnt know what I would do.

I use my juicer at least 5 times a week and it is still going strong. I have recommended it to several friends. The only part I've replaced are the silicone wipers (I flushed them down the sink by mistake) - they fell under the warranty and were replaced free of charge.

Purchased this juicer for almost 2 months and been using it every weekend. Very easy to assemble and use. Also easy to clean despite some other reviews.

I researched a bit on what I wanted - a juicer that keeps good nutrient levels and that juices slowly. I decided to go with this one despite some bad reviews I read. I am glad that I did! Its so good and easy to use. Like anything - just take care of it, wash it after each use - dry it...its been great!

Recently purchased and it's done it's job. Juice is good and clean up is easy. Pulp gets into the juice most of the time but I'm not really concerned because it's such a small amount. Usually make enough juice to fill the catcher so a little pulp is ok in my opinion. All in all I'm very satisfied with this product. Use it everyday and it's going strong.

I have used every brand and make juicer out there, I splurged on this VRT350 because of the size, my first juice was awesome and clean up was super easy, looking forward to my next 90 day juice feast!

My wife and I purchased this juicer four months ago, as we wanted a healthier diet. We use it every day. The slow speed produces much better juice quality than our previous high speed juicer. However since we purchased the unit, the juicing screen has broken twice. The great news is that Omega supports its products and provided this $80 part both times without question, the bad news is that the screen broke using it for the products it was designed for. I would like to have a heavier duty juicer. Also, I would like to be able to extract more juice from carrot pulp as some of the twin auger juicer achieve. Overall I rated the juicer a four due to the excellent customer support and quality of juice, I did not rate it a 5 as I had the two breakdowns in such a short time.

For health reasons, I wanted to start juicing so I was looking for the following in a juicer: 1) make the juice quickly, 2) good quality juice, 3) easy/quick to clean and 4) great warranty. After watching "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead," I debated if I should get a centrifugal juicer (that's what most people recommend for first time juicers). After some extensive research (thank you John Kohler!), I went ahead and purchased the Omega VRT350. It's not as fast as I would like it, but the quality of the juice, the ease of cleaning and 10-year warranty superseded the speed of making the juice. I can also store the juice for the next day if I need to without losing the nutrients of the juice. In order to compensate for the slower speed, I either wake up earlier in the morning or make the juice the night before. It just takes a little planning. I've only had my juicer a month, but I've been juicing one to three times daily (love my Ginger Shots!). I am noticing some of the parts staining from all of the carrot, apple, ginger juice I make, but you can soak the parts and they will look like new. I have experienced a couple of problems (squeaking motor and sticking auger), but their customer service has been awesome! They are quick to take care of any issues with my juicer! I love the 10-year warranty (#4 on my list above)!

I bought this juicer about two years ago and juice in phases. I'll do it 5 days a week for a few months and then not use it for the next 9...that type of thing. I would guess I've used it less than 100 times. It's had problems since the beginning, making juice that is consistently full of sizable pulp that has to be choked down. It was like this till about two weeks ago when the machine stopped working properly...now, somehow, it makes better juice. As far as cleaning, I agree with the people who say it continually becomes harder and harder and then impossible to keep it clean. The buildup is insane. I clean it meticulously right after use and it's still a problem. The plastic parts are breaking, the basket metal is bending, the wipers outside the basket have stopped spinning, and now finally, the motor seems like it is days away from flat out stopping. Spending $400 on a juicer and getting 100 uses out of it makes no sense. At that price I might as well just go to a juice store every day, considering the grocery cost and the time involved. There are problems with every juicer, so the little issues are to be expected, but thinking that I have to spend another $300-400 or more just to continue juicing is pretty awful.

I've had this juicer for about a year now and its surely the best one I've ever owned. best quality of juice of greens, great nut milks and quick with the fruits. i wonder what the next model can do:)

I bought this juicer about 2 years ago with the intentions to juice fast. I ended up juice fasting several times. This juicer is my life saver! I've lost 60 lbs and I have been able to significantly decrease my diabetes medication. The Omega juicer has been a trooper throughout my weightloss/health journey. I also have the popular juicer from the movie "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead", but I perfer my Omega juicer hands down!

I have been using my vert 350HD for about a month and I like it. I'm able to prepare my juice and clean the juicer before going to work, which is great. The juice from the vert350HD definitely taste better and look better than the juice from my breville juicer. The only down side is the pulp in the juice. I have to strain it, which adds time to my morning routine. I might exchange it for a vertical omega if I can't find a solution.

I got this model and brand of juicer because my mother-in-law recommended it and I love it!!!! Juicing organic produce improved my family's health and well-being! I like that it has 10 year warranty as some parts started to break after 1 year of everyday use. This seems to be some factory design defect on a juicing screen and needs to be worked on by the manufacturer. I would suggest metal inforced fixer (or made from stronger plastic) since this is the third time it broke off in 2 years. It is covered by warranty but I need to ship the part back or pay $10 shipping. I hope they will come up with a better solution.

I have had mine for about a year now. It makes great juice, it is easy to clean compared to other juicers I have used over the years. In the last year I had it jam one time and I was easily able to hit reverse and resolve the problem. I fine it works best with thing s chopped small, the opening is small. For a cold press I find that it masticates at a good rate. I could not be more pleased with it.

No issues besides slight hairline pressure cracks under the bowl where it hooks into the base, the silicone insert in the middle of the bowl just needs to be oiled with some vegetable oil, preventing the bowl base from over tightening during use/spinning. Also both 1 star reviews could have easily prevented both issues from the breaking filter screen and the dirty parts. The white screen which broke was not the HD ultem plastic screen, so its only designed for soft fruit/veg. And the dirty parts and thanks to lazy cleaning. John Kohler explains both these issues in youtube videos are thanks to people not reading the manual and assuming because of the high price paid it will be indestructible or clean it self...

Being that this is the first juicer I've owned I have nothing to compare it to except itself. My first impressions matched up with the Youtube videos I had watched. Lost of juice, a little pulp and dry extracted pulp. Other than the clean up time I was very happy. I've used it sporadically, probably not more than 30 times since I've owned it. The issue I have had the last few time using it is large-ish pieces of carrots, apples, and a few other items not getting juiced. When I start the clean-up and pull out the auger there will be chunks on it and the basket. I've followed all the guidelines about feeding different types of fruits and vegetables not all at once but in small varied groups and haven't changed my process since owning it. I've had no other problems. I've only ever used the finer mesh basket. Overall I really enjoy the juice I get from the VRT350 but I am concerned about it's longevity.

I had this machine for a while now and I will say that is a great beginner machine. Is a masticating juicer, with little oxidation. So it will keep all the nutrition in your juice!! Is easy to work with, easy to clean, and really makes my obsession of a healthy life 10 000 times easier. I use it every morning to make my green juice. And it will juice greens fairly well. But off course not as good as the NC800. But still does a pretty good job. I am very satisfied.

I have been juicing for years and have a few juicers. I have had a couple low end juicers that waste a lot of produce. I also have some high end centrifugal juicers that work well but still don't get the most out our fruits and veggies. While I still sometimes use one of my other juicers, the Vert 350hd takes care of about 90% of what I want to juice. We use it almost everyday. It's great at making almond milk and juicing wheat grass. Sometimes I notice that I get a little more pulp than other times. I found that to reduce the amount of pulp, simply pour the juice back through the machine. Another tip is to juice items that get "stringy" such as celery last. We had an issue with this unit when we first purchased it, and was amazed at how good the customer service was. I definitely recommend this product!

I have the Omega 350 I bought 8 months and am very happy with the results except with the exception it leave quite a bit of pulp in the finished product and requires staining(no big deal) I would like to see on the juice screen with stronger locking feet or maybe 3 instead of 2, this is the reason I am writing this review as I need to order a new juice screen before the other foot breaks and I won't be able to use my juicer .I t would also be nice to be able to get parts in Canada .Thank you

I bought my Omega VRT350R about three years ago when my Jack La Lanne juicer broke down after a month. I have juiced almost every day since buying it. I am surprised at all the bad reviews and broken parts. I have never had a problem or had to replace any parts on my juicer. It works the same as it did the day I bought it. I would highly recommend this Juicer.

I get this VRT350 as a first juicer and it is just awesome! I have been able to juice everything I tried in, and each time I obtain a very good quality juice, tasty and with the good amount of pulp (more than a centrifugal and less than a blender). I love it! Even my hubby loves the juices... and the juicer itself! It is not dishwasher safe but it is quite easy to clean if you don't wait after juicing. Healthy and tasty purchase: try it! ;-)

I absolutely enjoying juicing, it can be a little time consuming but you get the most nutritional results with a slow juicer. Fast isn't always better. You do get a lot of pulp some like it if not you can strain it.

I spent a lot of time and research before purchasing the VRT 350 Talked to friends with high speed juicers and low speed juicers Looked online and decided to go with the VRT 350 Very happy with results. I learned over time the best way to feed the veggies and fruits into the hopper so as to not jam the machine Any machine will jam if you force feed it I cut all items into small peices and drop in one at a time Leafy items are followed by juicy items like cukes and tomatoes to keep the screen lubricated and the machine extracting the pulp Carrots are an excellent item to put in to clean out the machine in between leafy items as well

I had a Vert350 previously and it came with 2 screens - a fine and a coarse (for more pulp/fiber) which I loved. This comes only with the fine and I cannot get a coarse, and the price is the same. Bummer. Still makes amazing juice with a fair amount of fine pulp but I would like the option to have a coarse screen. First use was today and the motor starting humming loud after about 20 minutes so hopefully no issues.

I have had the VRT 350 for 3 years now. I use it everyday and I prepare enough juice for 2 of us for breakfast and lunch which is 4 quarts. I hand clean all the parts after processing with just water and about every six months I will soak them in Oxiclean to help remove all of the oxidation and place in dishwasher after the soaking. This machine by is far a better juicer than the high speed cintrifical jiuces. The quality of the juice isn't comparable. I have had to get 2 of the strainers replaced during this time but it is covered under warranty and no hassle during communication with Omega. Great product!

I have just bought my VERT 350W and I am impressed its a solid piece of craftsmanship , its easy assembly \ dis assembly makes cleaning a breeze and juice quality is perfect !

I love this juicer. For 10 years I had a loud spinning juicer that sent everything flying and was difficult to clean. The Omega 350VRT HD is so much easier to use and clean. Plus the juice is far better and lasts longer (we store our extra juice in a stainless steel bottle in the fridge for up to 2 days). The trick with this juicer (and others) is to clean it well after each use. I've had mine for 3 years and juice nearly every day. While there can be some build up of residue from the juiced items, I have found that soaking it in a light bleach solution will remove all the gunk and make everything crystal clear again. I only do that every 6 to 12 months though.

I was given this by my boss since they wanted a much more larger and expensive juicing system. It was great for a year or so and then I had to start replacing parts. I juice regularly and now I need to replace the auger, bowl and the 3 little plastic pieces on the base that hold the bowl on are breaking off. There doesn't seem to be a way to fix this.
