Had to replace my water heater and wanted to make sure there was no leaks. Bubble test was as simple as it gets. It was effective, but I though it would be bubblier.

I have used this leak detector for the past 3 years and have been very pleased with it. It's easy to apply since it has the brush inside of it and it's ready to use. I do not have anything to dislike about this product. It worked well when I installed my new gas range. This product did meet my expectations. Please hit the thumbs up if this was helpful.

Recently used when hooking up gas to water heater. The only issue I had with this product was getting bubbles when applying it to connections(picture), but that happens with any blue leak solution I have used. Immediate leak detection so a couple applications and staring at pipe for a while to make sure no new bubbles formed worked for me.

It works but.............. it does produce some bubbles when air is leaking, but the bubbles are small and do not last very long, so it is hard to tell if you have a leak which it the whole point of using it. I compared it to a couple of ounces of dish soap in a quart of water and that was much better for finding leaks (as can be seen in the pictures) one of the good points of this leak detector vs water and soap is that it can be used down to -55 degrees. It comes with a decent applicator in the bottle which is good, It can also be used in a spray bottle for easier application. If it made more or better bubbles I would have given it a 5 star but they are just to small and short lived to be much use.

Had to reapply several times to see a tiny bubble from the liquid. It's really hard to see so you have to really look for it.

This is the best way to find gas leaks. Paint it on thick. Go have a sandwich. Come back and look for foam. If there is no foam, then you have no leaks.

I was a little hesitant about buying since I thought soapy water would do the same but was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. It’s seems to bubble a lot better than just soapy water.

The detector worked as expected, found a small leak and after tightening fittings it showed no leaks. Easy to see bubbles and easy to apply applicator.

Not concentrate, very diluted, not for detecting pool leaks

I have no idea if it works for the purpose intended. I intended to use it as a dye to test my toilet for leaks. Turns out this product is highly toxic. I will not be sending it into my septic system. I only wrote this review to stop the requests for a review from coming in.

Convenient size bottle. Comes complete with dobber. Easy to use and see.

I found this product to be too thin to give an accurate result. I was hoping for something with properties like Better Bubble, which applies with bubbles that stick, so you can watch them grow in cases of leakage. This stuff quickly runs right off.

I work in the hvac industry always pressure testing pipes with nitrogen Had to get a bottle of this in a pinch. This stuff doesn't even come close to others I've used for supply houses.

Very expensive ($10) for 8 oz. of bubble soap. Equivalent to gas at $160 per gallon. Why not use your kid’s ($3 per gallon).
