I stopped the decorating for a week to wait for it. But when the worker open the package, it was broken. No more inventory nearby. The online customer service told me the supplier would contact me to help me exchange the part. Now no one contact me in these two weeks. I have to install it and let the worker to fix it. So disappointed about the service.

Straight up common sense instructions along with a little bit of know how and patience. To take the time put the bat backing where needed ,it needs more bats backing and shimming than was spect in the instructions. Other than taking it in and out multiple times to get the backing bats properly shimmed. Once of course that is done making it plumb and level and shimming it properly ,then it will go together like butter very easy to build !!!! I'm 65 years old I did it all by myself it took me two days because I took my time and did it properly with limited know how and construction tools . The door shuts perfectly the walls aren't flimsy it does not leak it is very sturdy and I only paid $850 for it with all my discounts and coupons etc ..

The shower itself looks great; I especially love the sliding doors and the round shape. But I’ve taken one star off for the flimsy acrylic walls our kit came with, and another star off for OVE’s poor customer service. We ended up tiling instead because the acrylic walls didn’t fit into the space. I tried to contact OVE through phone and email with a question about the walls and couldn’t get through. They never responded to my email ticket and it’s been over a month.

We bought the kit with only the doors and pan but I didn’t see it here to review. Great little shower

We have a small bathroom and this unit was a great replacement for our 32” square shower enclosure. The assembly went smoothly. The side walls are secured to the house by screws at the juncture of the dot framing. It has not been a problem but surprising at the lack of attach points. The glass pieces weigh about 40 pounds each. The instructions for the base install calls for cement and I would recommend it. I think there would be soft spots in the shower floor without it.

I completed a DIY installation of this shower kit in a very small bathroom at my 100+ year old cabin in Estes Park, CO. I installed the shower as a replacement for a clawfoot tub that took up too much space. I ended up using the shower base and glass enclosure but not the acrylic wall panels since the walls were too out of plumb. The instructions that came with the kit were generally clear and complete though a few details were omitted (e.g., need to drill pilot holes for installation of the frame to the wall tracks). The quality of the shower base and enclosure were very good. However, the phillips-head screws that came with the kit were soft and easily stripped so I bought hex-head screws that I used instead. I have not used the shower yet but I am very happy with the quality and appearance of the new shower.

this is the basement bathrooms second remodel. This is my favorite remodel because the curved shower makes the long hallway into the room, appear shorter. The bathroom space is now larger and some cabinet space is found!! It is great!

I bought this in July but just installed it. The overall kit instructions were relatively easy to follow and with two people set up was good. It looks great! I needed a small shower for a small bathroom, and this one fit beautifully. Once installed and plumbing complete, it exceeded expectations.

My goal was to fit a full bathroom into a 76" x 40" space, for a guest bathroom. The OVE corner shower (along with Signature corner toilet and small pedestal sink) did this beautifully! (Picture of my final self-designed bathroom below => ideas to create your own small-space solution!) I did have professional plumbers install it, so I can't comment on the difficulty of installation, but they did not have any problems. I bought the version with acrylic walls so that I would not have to tile the bathroom walls, and this solution works well. The 31" shower is small-- a very large-sized person would be pressed up against the glass-- so if you are expecting large-sized people to use the shower, I would recommend getting a larger size than the 31" one.

Great quality product. Shower door glass is thick and sturdy. Happy with purchase.

Love this little shower. Took me some time to assemble the door but directions did say it took two men, maybe they need an addendum because it took one old woman to assemble. I added a small bathroom in my house and this shower was perfect.

Really cool compact shower. Did a tiny bathroom project and it fits perfectly and is very space conservative. Super solid pan with no flex.

All of the parts were in the box, the glass doors were intact, and the directions were clear. The unit is high quality and attractive. I like it!

This shower was installed by my contractor. The assembly instructions are confusing and vague. Since it was installed 2 years ago, it has been leaking where the chrome rail seals to the fiberglass floor. After calling the help line to ask why they say in the instructions, not to seal the inside with silicone caulk. The man on the phone said that I can seal it, which it says not to do. The water continues to leak out and grows black mold around this leak. This $1100 unit needs to be replaced now. Next time I will only buy a ONE PIECE UNIT so it will not grow mold and make us sick. I am very unhappy with this and hope you will not chose to install this mold chamber in your home. This product looks great, but it does not perform well as a shower because IT LEAKS.

We ordered this shower for a very small bathroom in a rental. It really updated the look of the bathroom. We were very pleased with how it turned out. We have 3 other units to remodel and will be ordering the same thing for each of them.

Beautiful unit. Please be advised that unit dimensions extend 1-2 inches beyond specs, We had to return and order next size down due to tight space. That inch or so does make for a slightly roomier experience inside shower - surprising what a difference that makes! Curve makes for softer lines. Sturdy, well built unit.

I have a very small bathroom and I purchased this shower and had it professional installed about a month ago. The base seems solid, however the walls are a little flimsy. This shower is small, always knocking things off the shelf when washing my hair. The door is heavy and seems to have no problem sealing. Overall, I'm pleased with it, I just wish I had purchased a larger model.

You really have to pore over the limited amount of information available to get this assembly right. I had to tear into existing wall to make sure the furring strips for the stall walls were supported with studs. OVE should had designed for 3/4” strips instead of 1/2” since the former is available at the lumber yard. No one is going to rip 3" strips off of a 4'x8' sheet of plywood. I added furring strips at the top of the walls to hold them in place since there is nothing to hold the walls onto the furring strips but adhesive. Also added a 2x4 support behind the high shelf wall for support. You need clamps to hold the walls together during the caulking and screw steps to join the walls, otherwise its a nightmare with wet silicon between the two flimsy walls. I clamped and then screwed the walls together before caulking because I had to check the location of the shower valve and cut the hole, then check the fit against the furring strips several times. Don't use silicone for adhesive on the furring strips and walls! Use Liquid Nails since typical silicon caulk is not a true adhesive. The vertical support on the door side prevents you from screwing in the angled wall support. You have to drill and screw this support to the wall and then install the rest of the fixed door and frame assembly. I only used one of the small self tapping screws (final step) at the top corner on the opening door side. The rest of the door frame is captured by the supports screwed to the wall. I caulked the inside bottom joint between the wall/base/frame since the potential for water wicking at this joints was too high to risk. The impression on the assembly illustration is you just have to caulk the outside which is inadequate IMO. Plan for a week to do all the wall prep, etc. You need lots of space to layout the all the boxes and parts for the kit or stage this assembly carefully. The illustration of this page showing the shower head inside the stall is ridiculous! The stem of the head has to be at least two inches above the shower wall. I actually hit a screw on one of the vertical furring strips when I was mounting the frame supports so its helpful to see where these pre-drilled holes are on the supports in relationship to the screws that hold the furring strips to the studs. This involves opening the door kit while installing the walls which was difficult for me since I had limited space to stage all of that. This is not an easy installation, seems more suited for open wall construction but its doable if you have the time, materials, tools, and patience to work through it. I bought this kit because of my space limitations and because I had to do a lot of work in the walls anyway.

Poor quality of screws and other accessories complicated to assemble

This shower was everything I expected and more. It is even more gorgeous in person. I wanted privacy glass but not frosted and it was tough to find. This glass has a fine, soft to the touch pattern on the outside. The inside of the glass is smooth. It doesn't give as much privacy as I would have liked but it is fine. The further away you stand from the glass the more private it becomes. It is surprisingly roomy inside and the doors slide easily and have quite a big opening to step in. We chose not to get the panels because we wanted to tile the wall instead. All of the hardware is pretty and a shiny chrome. The floor pan is nice and feels sturdy but does not have any grip on it so I feel like you could slip if you are not careful. I had to knock a star off because the installation was tough. I had 2 very experienced contractors installing it and they were just shaking their heads at times. We had to re-do the walls to make it square and fit perfect. If your walls are wonky be prepared to do some fixes. Also, make sure you check where your existing drain is if you are replacing another shower like I was. I didn't think to look and we had to jackhammer out the cement and move the pipe. In my personal opinion I would not try and install this yourself unless you are VERY experienced. You will for sure need two people to hold up the glass also. I would still buy it again!

Impressed by the quality of the base. Door was a bit hard to assemble but came out very nice. Would recommend again

The shower itself is great, but the directions and the lame installation video on youtube is terrible. We ended up hiring a professional to install the door.
