Very easy to assemble and install.

We were happy with these window awnings - no problems.

I bought two of the almond awning and I am delighted with them. They match the windows and the house as expected. Am about to replace one other and buy a new one also.

If I were to rate the quality of materials and overall appearance of the finished mounted product, these awnings would get 5 stars. But there are some assembly problems that require a little skill and ability to solve issues on the spot. In particular, the side rails are somewhat difficult to install, and the screws that are supposed to attach the shade face-on to these rails do not accomplish this function. When mounting the awning to the building, the holes in the rail on the wall mount are supposed to allow four screws to pierce the matching holes on the rear rail on the shade. Accomplishing this part of the operation is extremely difficult. The mounting process requires these four screws and two wood screws (those attaching the side panels to the building) with hardly any work space for tools and knuckles. But if you can get beyond these problems the results are very attractive. A quality product, but if you are not handy, you could wind up rather frustrated.

I purchased two of these awnings to help with the evening sun on the west side bedroom windows. The assembly was not for beginners although the second one was much easier to assemble after getting familiar with the first one. The finished product was very nice and they were not very diffucult to attach to the wall.

I purchased this awning for my kitchen window. My son said it took a little time to assemble but it was well worth it. It looks great, is very sturdy, and reduced the amount of sun and heat in my kitchen tremendously. I can even leave my blinds open now, which I haven't been able to do since I bought my home.

it was easy to put together and it truly changed the appearance of our house and shades our airconditioner, we are going to get more in the future.

We needed to shade a couple of west-facing windows to cut down on the afternoon heat. Our local Home Depot did not stock these, so we ordered two awnings in 42" and 84" lengths. We braced ourselves for an entire day to assemble and mount, but it was really quite easy to do and did not take us long at all. The quality of the product is excellent! Even in late afternoon we get very little sunlight striking the glass which is greatly reducing the heat coming into the rooms. We could not be happier with our order - the product was delivered in just a few days, the awnings had plenty of extra small screws with the hardware packaged inside and the directions were good. These shades are very sturdy and should last for many, many years.

Easy to assemble and quite sturdy once installed. I was not so sure once the package arrived. It was lighter in weight than I expected. However I was pleasantly surprised how well it came together. I purchased the almond and it matched up PERFECTLY with the trim on the house.

In addition to the 54 in. X 24 in. awnings, I also purchased four other window awnings and two door canopies. All are excellent quality material and were easy for my grandsons to install. I am really enjoying the priviledge of opening my doors and windows and not getting my home wet. Since I don't have trees close to my house, they also provide great protection from the sun. These products are attractive and compliment the colors of my home. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend these to my family and friends.

So easy to assemble.Took two people because it was for a large window but instructions were easy to read and went up easily. Attached to wall and is very sturdy and well built.Now want to get Door Awning because so pleased with this one.
