The rug arrived quickly, no glitches. It came wrapped in clear cellophane so it was clean when it was unrolled. It looks beautiful in my living room.

The colors were perfect, but the quality of the rug was poor. It began to Snag or pull after a week of being on the floor. We had placed the rug in our kitchen, with 4 chairs. After vacuuming my husband notice the pulls in the rug. I was disappointed as I searched for sometime. I returned the rug with no problem.

We got these area rugs not even two months ago and they look like they have fuzz balls all over them! They were expensive and not worth the money!

I purchased this rug and when it arrived I was very happy with it, but in short period of time the loops were somehow being pulled out and the rug then had a number of threads hanging. I returned the rug and exchanged it for a new one (I thought it was a fluke and new one wouldn't have problem); however, the new one has pulled threads also. Apparently just poor quality rug.

THIS RUG SHOULD BE NAMED SOMETHING ELSE OTHER THAN FRENCH COUNTRY. I AM FAR FROM PURCHASING A RUG THAT IS CONSIDERED COUNTRY OR TRADITIONAL. IT IS ELEGANT WITH ITS ONE LARGE FLOWER THAT IS IN THE CORAL FAMILY WITH CREAMS AND GREENS WITH A CHOCLATE BACKGROUND. THE PICTURE DOES NOT DO THIS RUG ITS JUSTICE. SEVERAL NEGATIVES IS THAT I HAVE IT OVER CARPET AND IT MOVES WITH OR WITHOUT THE PAD UNDERNEATH. ALSO, YOU CAN SEE SOME INPERFECTIONS, ESPECIALLY ON THE CHOCLATE PART, BUT IT IS NOT THAT BAD ENOUGH TO RETURN. YOU WILL LOVE THE TUFTING QUALITY THAT MAKES THIS RUG LOOK RICH. I SAW THIS RUG IN A COUPLE OF STORES ON DISPLAY, AND IT KEPT CATCHING MY INTEREST.

This was my second rug and its great now and the online customer service people are great tey went up and beyond to help me please give them the praise they deserve. I give them the 10 plus

The chocolate color is definitely more brown than I would like I was hoping it would be darker and more to the black color as it appears in the picture. I will be returning. It was delivered in a timely manner and it seems to be good quality, but if you are looking for a very dark brown/black, this is not the rug to order.

The rug dresses up the room and fits the space just right !!

the sales man ordered country grey and we wanted chocolate. when the rug came in, I noticed the color was wrong, but laid the rug anyway...and it looked great as it was. the color he ordered was grey, but the rug is actually green

This is a beautiful rug. The colors and design are delightful. However, after only a couple of days the loops were pulling out. I am on my knees every day with a pair of scissors cutting the loops that have come undone. We have owned it less than a month and it looks 20 years old. Do not waste your money, no matter how tempted you are....as it is really very attractive, that is until you use it.

affordable, average quality. make sure you don't have any pets if you buy this rug it snags very easily and you are instructed not to cut the threads, so snags show up more. Also instructions tell you not to use a vacuum with a beater bar to clean it. So that also makes cleaning difficult. Wish i had known these things before i purchased them. i would've bought something different. Rug would probably work in a place with no pets and in a low traffic area of house.

I fell in love with this rug at my local Home Depot. It is gorgeous and adds just the WOW factor my rather "blah" family room needed. Slight problem - as many other reviewers have said, it is losing some threads. I have the rug in a high traffic area, I have a small dog, my husband drags his feet, so it gets lots of abuse. The rug isn't bound around the edges which I think is strange for such a fairly expensive rug. A FEW loops have come off the edges. So far I haven't had any of the pulls that other reviewers mention, and these missing loops don't detract from the rug's beauty, so far. I read all the negative reviews before I bought the rug and decided to still buy it because I loved it so much. I still love it and I'm glad I bought it, but you should be aware of this before you consider buying.

The rug was made very well. I want to order the larger one this winter. I would recommend the rug to anyone.

The rug is beautiful, but the quality has a lot to be desired. It has been down less than a month and it already starting to snag. The edges are really bad. I feel that the price is too high for the quality of the rug. I want to take it back. The rug is in our dining room and there is not any much activity in that area at all to make it snag.

Very Pretty Rug BUT it's spouting a number of snags after a few days use. It also seems very thin and I purchased a rug pad that's under it.

The rug is very vibrant and beautiful....but, the quality is poor. It snags and pulls to easily. I made a mistake and vacuumed it with a roller brush and it pulled up the nylon fibers, I had to cut all the fuzz that this created, I cleaned it up okay but am afraid to clean this rug. It almost looks like a hand hooked rug but must have a lot of nylon and polyester. I would not recommend this to anyone. It's a shame because it does make a room pop with color.

The rug is beautifully designed and I wish I could keep it, but it is falling a part already (one week old).

For the price paid for this area rug, the workmanship was inferior.

I have had this accent rug down for about three weeks, and it seems to be that it is beginning to snag/fray in the area where a computer desk slides over it... lovely, but I'm disappointed in the wear showing so soon.

This was the exact rug I was looking for and it matched perfectly. I received the rug on Monday and within 4 days I have loops that are undone and it's beginning to look like pilling on a sweater. If I'm going to pay the money for the carpet I expect it to hold up longer than 4 days. I'm terribly disappointed.

I ordered this runner with the assumption, based on the specifications detail, the product description and pictures that this rug was grey. When it arrived, I found a medium green color rug. Everything on the package said grey, so I called and even the Home Depot reps that I spoke with assumed this rug was supposed to be grey. A rep from Nourrison called me back and told me that the rug is infact supposed to be green and she wasnt sure why everything is reading grey. She also tried to tell me the the photos on homedepot.com show a green rug. I pulled it up AGAIN as I had her on the phone and the close up photos are not green. I will be returing this rug, if you want a grey rug DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

I now have the large version and the foyer version of this pattern. It's absolutely gorgeous and sets my hardwood floors off so well. I'm so happy that I found it and at a reasonable price. No one wants to believe me when I tell them where I bought it. The ladies that helped me were so nice. I'll definitely return to the Depot for any future carpet needs.

When we saw a larger size sample in the store, we were worried about the design that would be incorporated in a runner. We are not at all disappointed! It adds just the right touch to our bathroom.

My family visited and remarked how beautiful and unique my rug was. It is great for bare feet and thicker that expected for the price. It was shipped to my door in great shape.
