My kids really enjoying making Cotton candies, easy to use.

I am happy with it. It is exactly as expected and easy to use. It takes a little time to complete the cotton candy, but understandably, it is not a professional machine. For birthdays and parties it is great! I recommend it!

We purchased the sugar crystals to go with it, and they didn't work at all. Instead, we broke up some Jolly Rancher candies and used those, and that worked. Also, tops you will receive about a softball size amount of cotton candy. (Not what you're used to at the fair or circus.) It's okay.

I gave it for a gift she loves it, what sold me was the sugar free and it makes excellent cotton candy great for when the kids come over easy to make cotton candy people keep asking where I got it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our new cotton candy machine. It really works! It also had very easy clean-up. We purchased the cotton candy sugar which worked well (I heard using real candy is messier). Kids absolutely loved this gift!

This bought as Christmas gift for my grandson. It did come with any mix and even after letting it heat up as required we never got it to work properly. I would not recomment this item to anyone.

Price was good for what you get. My granddaughter was using it every day for a week after Christmas making cotton candy for all her friends. The construction of the machine was good and it was easy to clean.

Junk! The extractor head was so stuck to the main until i had to use a hammer to remove it after the first couple of uses. Customer service was of no help, they where sorry we were having a problem with the unit. I'm sorry I paid $45 for this! Never again.....

I gave this to my 7 year old nephew as a Christmas present and it was a huge hit! He loved it as did the other kids and adults. Easy to use once we figured it out! Hint: read the instructions on how to twirl the stick :) Machine vibrated a lot but I read that in other reviews before I purchased and bought a mat to place it on - worked well. Shipping was awful - will not order online with Home Depot again.

Have used it twice now with no problems. Just be sure candies are placed under the lip in the center (one flew out on our first attempt) and be careful not to let it vibrate right off the counter. Four starlite mints (two at a time) made a decent size serving. It takes a little practice to wind the floss around the plastic cones without it sliding off. Cleaned up easily. Haven't tried the flossing sugar yet, but the hard candies worked well.

I loved this machine. The fact that you can put hard candy into it makes it a lot of fun. We make candy cane and rootbeer barrel cotton candy. We bought the machine bacause we tried to rent one for my daugeters birthday party and it was 50 dollars just rent it for one day and sugar was extra. We found this online and we get to keep it and use it whenever. Now our kids friends love to come over and we use it all the time. There is no need to buy special product for it as we can use any hard candy. It does get gummed up periodically but we just soak it in hot water overnight and it cleans right up.

It is so complex to make the floss since the first one is okay but to make a second is impossible without a chisel to take the sugar that didn't floss out. I have found that if you loosen the left over sugar from the mechanism while it is still hot (but not running) using a small metal brush or pick, then run the machine catching the floss it works ---- but believe me I wouldn't buy this machine again because it is much too much work (oh, and the floss goes everywhere in the house-- you can't see it but it goes all over). I have to keep this because it was a gift for my grandson -- but I will only use it outside and with only 1-2 children.
